Purtroppo con la spedizione 2€ con tracciatura il pacco non è mai arrivato. Nella tracciatura veniva detto che avevano lasciato avviso nella cassetta postale, cosa non vera. Dopo 10 giorni mi sono ritrovata senza il prodotto di cui necessitavo in tempi brevi. Mi hanno restituito i soldi dicendomi che dovevo avvalermi del corriere espresso quindi pagando più soldi per la spedizione. Intanto il mio pacco non si sa che fine ha fatto.

Unfortunately, I have to give the lowest review. I ordered name tags on 19 May 2026. They didn’t arrive and they then said they would send more on 3 June 2026. These then didn’t arrive and they then said they would refund the money,’this still hasn’t happened. I’m so disappointed, I always look at reviews and they looked great for this company,‘unfortunately not the case for me

Excellent company and great quality. I had a small problem with my order and they were very quick to resolve - amazing customer service. Definitely recommend.

I've been using them for years. Labels withstand multiple washes and dryer uses but can still be easily removed when clothes are outgrown. I've used them for water bottles and snack boxes too; they never peel off in the dishwasher. Customer service is great, but can sometimes be busy so be patient. I had delivery issues twice, but they resolved them right away.

Wrong order initially received however this was resolved in no time thanks to the team’s responsiveness and quality customer service.

Excellent service- easy to navigate website- quality and speed of turnaround excellent plus the labels worked perfectly

The product is great, and lasts a really long time, through multiple washes. However, on 2 occasions, we have been sent the wrong labels, with someone else's names. We order labels with our phone numbers on, so aren't hugely enthralled by the thought of our name and phone number being shared randomly with another customer. Great product, poor systems.

Love this product makes labelling back to school clothing hassle free and I have stuck them to everything even the water bottle

I have used these stickers/tags for a few years now and they are fab. I love that you can customise the colour, font, image etc. I opt for the iron on ones and they do not budge/peel off/crack in the wash! BUT I have been able to peel them off manually when wanting to donate or sell the items once they are no longer required - win win!

The website is easy to navigate plus you get free p&p when spending just £9!

These are the only clothing labels I will ever use.

This is not a UK based company, despite having a co.uk extension on the website. Delivery times are advertised as being relatively quick, but on dispatch it advises 10 working days (so up to two weeks).

When ordering on the website, it stated delivery was much quicker, which is why I opted for this company over others.

I feel this is very misleading, especially as it isn't stated clearly that the company is based in France. This is why delivery takes so long.

Just be aware if you are in the UK and need the items relatively quickly.

I have used Petit-Fernand multiple times now for labels for my children’s school clothes, shoes and tupper wear. They are competitively priced, very good quality, durable and they post out quickly too. I’d recommend to anyone looking for labels for school (especially the stick on ones, so quick and easy!!).
