After two bad experiences I was very worried about not being able to find an accommodation for my son. Luckily I contacted Peter Martin Estate Agents and they quite soon found the right location. Really grateful for that. Extremely precise to ask for guarantee, but on the other hand we received a really beautiful, clean and warm house. This makes the different. I hope to come in touch with them again in the future.

A great estate agent - they communicated clearly from start to finish and are quick to address any small problems that crop up with the property. The human element is clear here, not only in the way they email and speak on the phone, but also through small gestures like calling the first week after I had moved into the property to check everything was okay and that I was settling in.
