As a Sicilian, I was a bit skeptical to going to an Italian restaurant and I don’t do Italian restaurants. However, my partner wanted to try it so we went. I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have made. The food was absolutely stunning, very welcoming staff, friendly smiles, great customer service and even wrote a little “Thank you and we hope you enjoyed your evening” note on the receipt. Just little things to go the extra mile. Compliments to the chef and by far THE BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT OUT THERE! Definitely recommended and not expensive at all.

We visited as a group of 11. Service was fab, sorted out issues promptly and with no fuss. Paulo our waiter was great. He made sure we had everything we wanted and made my daughters birthday was special.

Highly recommended - did not meet expectations. My glass of white turned up being red and took another 10 minutes to be replaced even after I had to go to the bar
and find out where it was. The food order was quite a long wait but the place was packed so could allow some excuse here. Re the food I thought was quite bland. My chicken in cream sauce? Well it was watery and didn't really detect much in the way of cream. Thought the food was just OK but between service etc won't another helping thanks.

took my husband for his 60th birthday with the family,this jan 20/1/24 ,had a great time , our server was very good, looked after our needs,food was amazing and everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was great,,they brought the birthday cake i had brought out, look forward to going again at the Wovley pesto.👍❤

Pesto at the Trafford Centre 2nd time that we have been. Sevice excellent and a realy lovley service girl Ellie looked after us food fantastic definitely visit again. 5 star food 5star service.

Jack was great, he checked in on us. And gave overall great service. 👍🏼
Plus the food was nice too.

Went to the store in Trafford centre we only ordered 3 dishes as we weren’t too hungry so this would be perfect with the tapas style!

We waited over 45 minutes for then3 dishes to arrive! They were very very basic and looked as if they had taken 5 minutes.

The staff and manager were very rude when we asked where our food was as we had waited so long that we had even finished our drinks.

Absolutely love it here 2nd time we have been, went for my partners birthday. 7 plates and 2 pints only £43.00. They made my partners birthday special by bringing him a cake on the house and singing happy birthday. Always exceptional service from the team there.

Our table for 15 was booked many weeks in advance to ensure we could be seated together. Guests had travelled a long distance to celebrate my partner's 70th birthday. On arrival we were shown to two separate tables, set for 7 and 8. I asked for the tables to be moved together and was told it was not possible for access reasons. Access was not an issue, all the serving was done from one end of each of the tables. It ruined my evening as I was so upset

An absolute gem of a place with a great choice of italian inspired tapas, warm & welcoming staff. Added bonus of it also being dog friendly.

We had the worse service ever this week at Pesto Cotebrook. We went for a special occasion and the food was cold half was missing with no explanation so I had to ask! I had to keep going to the bar for drinks! We took a birthday cake so straight after food they brought it out without asking or us having any deserts or drinks, really disappointed!

Lunch out with daughter. The lunchtime/early evening menu has an extensive menu of mezze style Italian dishes. With 3 different price ranges: £9.99, £11.99 & £12.99. You can mix and match from the 3 menus (paying the price for the most expensive menu option you have chosen). Service is efficient, though doesn’t feel hurried. Portions are good, though if you are a hearty eater you might need to order more than the three options. (They also have an alternative menu with the same dishes, but purchasing each dish separately, so you could order several if you were so inclined). Good is freshly cooked, piping hot and served on warmed plates. Thankfully not a wooden board or piece of slate to be seen! Great range of dishes, with something for everyone. Restaurant (At the Peacock) is clean and well presented. Chairs could be comfier and are very mismatched, but the tables are nicely spread out and the layout is such that you don’t feel over crowded. Cocktail menu with prices around the £8-9 mark. Soft drinks around the £1.50-£3 price range. Plenty of parking. Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Already booked to go again.

I went to Presto at the Yacht Wirral a few years ago and it was really pleasant , food snd service was very good. Not any more. Tonight 14 July food was average, staff far too busy and inexperienced to give any form of service. Bar service complete shambles. Overcharged us and still couldn’t get it right to credit the bill. We had given up by then, paid the bill and left. We won’t be going back

Ordered a business lunch at The Yacht in Chester.

Pre ordered in advance. Collected on time, however when unpacking the food back at the office, we immediately noticed missing items.

We called the restaurant and was told on several occasions “all the food had been packed”

Eventually after what felt like pleading and my colleague explaining she was the only one sat without any lunch, they agreed to replace the missing items.

Most disappointed that our honesty and integrity was questioned, lack of friendless and customer service.

Overall not a good experience.

Booked a table at Pesto at the Yacht today as we have dined there before and at several other Pesto Restaurants and can usually rely on the food, service and atmosphere. On this occasion we were given table 40 which is ridiculously placed adjacent to the cutlery and service station as well as the entrance to the kitchen area, so basically on a passageway where staff met to chat and grab cutlery etc., so quite noisy.
We did not request a table change as we didn’t want ‘to make a fuss’ and initially did not recognise how badly placed this table is. I cannot fault the young lady who served us but the food was not up to usual pesto standards, in particular the bruschettas which were not toasted nor were they hot, merely tepid.
We ate our food and left feeling disappointed by today’s experience.

Absolutely beautiful italian food - tasty, authentic, fab value for money and to top it off the service was absolutely amazing! Super accommodating - had my mum's 65th birthday here and they allowed me to bring balloons and brought out the cake. Marcus was just so fab serving us, a real credit when it was absolutely packed busy!
We can't wait to come back. Thank you so much!!

We had friends visiting and thought we'd try out this restaurant for the first time. Great food choice, nicely cooked and the waitress was great even though she was rushed off her feet. We will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely meal with family today celebrating a 79th birthday Jessica went above and beyond bringing out dessert with candles. The food was great will look forward to visiting again soon

Shameful service fab food as usual.
Cabbage Hall Tarporley should be ashamed to allow waitress to chew gum during service as we experienced tonight how can you take orders and have banter with customers with chewing gum on your tongue

When asked to chase up the drinks water and wine ‘ the message back from the bar was that they were very busy and drinks would arrive when they arrive !!!

Well Niel and Sarah maybe it’s time to re visit this site such a shame . !!!!
