Brilliant They work
Got 4 of the little blighters in my garage.
All gone

P.S Read Charles' comment. How you hang and position the bait is critical to setting the trap. Just needs a bit of thought.

I have to admit I originally ordered these items from Amazon, and requested next day delivery. It didn't work, they didn't follow their own procedures and failed to make the delivery. I cancelled the order and found your website. You gave full flexibility options on where to leave the package if there was no one home. I was able to track the delivery down to the minute, and as it happened I was here anyway. I asked the driver what he would have done with the package if no one was home, and he would have followed the instructions I had given. Brilliant one day service!

Price was good, and the live capture trap is easy to set up. The trouble is that Jerry (sad, really, we've given the little fellow a name) has gone AWOL, as if he knew! There are no more telling traces, but we leave the trap close to his favourite hidey hole, just in case....

I have used these traps before with great success. I prefer to capture and transport mice, I'm a live and let live kind of person.

We also purchased the attractant gel, but we usually supplement this with a little something to sustain the chap. 'Pine nuts?' My wife's voice hit top A in disbelief. 'You are giving the mouse pine nuts?'

Enough of all that. Happy customer.

I was looking for a product and Pest Control Supplies came up with the goods.

I was very pleased with the service from Pest Control Supplies the telephone was answered quickly and my order taken. The item arrived on time and now my Mole Repeller is working nicely in the garden , I just hope now that over the next few weeks it works and get rid of the mole or moles in my garden, we shall see!

have yet to use this but the service was good

My goods arrived very quickly and well packed. Very good price and time will tell if products actually work but I'm sure they will.

Good product easy to use.

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY SERVICE WAS FAST AND EXCELLENT.
SADLY I ORDERED WRONG PRODUCT BUT RETURN WAS ACCEPTED, ACKNOWLEDGED AND REFUND MADE TO MY CREDIT CARD.

great and reliable service, all done smoothly and efficiently.

very good servive

Ordered rat bait delivered the next week later rat found dead on lawn can't ask for any more

Very easy to use website and next delivery. What more could you ask for?

Smoke bomb worked amazingly well to irradicate the cluster flies. The spray little less effective. Very efficient delivery.

I ordered a flea bomb and had a choice of 1st or 2nd class post or courier. I chose 2nd class (delivery 2-3 days which I thought quite good enough). Ordered on a Thursday afternoon, here Saturday morning. Superb service. If the bomb works (and I've seen good write-ups) but I need another one in the future, then I'll be straight on line to this company. Some companies take days to take an item off the shelf and shove it in a box and despatch it. Not so this one. This company delivers. Oh and it came superbly well packaged

Fast Delivery, Items fully matched description. Very pleased. I recommend this supplier & product.

Excellent order / delivery service. Arrived less than 24 hrs after ordering.

Product used immediately (five days ago). Seems to have worked, but reserve final judgement in another couple of weeks.

I'm impressed with Pest Control Supplies and bed bug bomb.

The goods I ordered arrived promptly well packaged and were as described
What's not to like?

I found from ordering to receiving deliverly very promt. Would recommend them to anyone.

great service and super fast delivery. arrived next day
and that was to n ireland. many thanks guys

I ordered a can of woodworm treatment on a Wednesday morning and 8am for next day delivery. I needed it on the Saturday morning and had ordered it to my work so when it hadn't arrived on Friday afternoon I was concerned and contacted the customer services. I was told that it was my fault and if I wanted to return the treatment, once it had arrived, the cost would be on me to do so. I finally received it on Tuesday.

These days, when so many companies have such good, responsive online customer service, I find this level of service unacceptable. I would have expected for the customer service advisor to at least look into my order and check what could be done, but there was absolutely nothing in the way of customer care.

Definitely wouldn't shop here again. Plus their online payment form didn't work first time.
