So helpful. I added an image that didn't look great on the keyring so the team contacted me to let me know and give me the option of changing it. So helpful and the keyring is absolutely beautiful.

I ordered a keyring 21 days ago and still haven’t received it. It says 5-7 business days on the website but it’s false and misleading advertising. I have been in contact with thme 15-20 times through email and still no key ring. I have asked for a refund and money has not been put into my account. Customer service is shocking and delivery is a joke. They will take money straight away but can’t refund it or send the product. Would recommend to stay as far away as possible from this company as you will be only wasting your money and your time with customer service.

This is a terrible company, ordered weeks ago, and haven't received a thing. No contact number to call. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with this company - ordered on 5th December for a Christmas present and it still hasn't arrived. When I emailed them they just kept telling me to wait a few more days. Eventually they told me they'd resend it - at no additional cost - laughable that they would even hint at the fact it's a possibility they would want the customer to pay again to resend! The products come from Switzerland, I didn't realise this at the time of purchase I thought I was supporting an Irish company. I suggested they should refund me as a gesture of good will - they cancelled the "resent" item and are issuing a refund. I never wanted it cancelled. They are unbelievable! I'm not ordering again I'll go to a different company. Take my advice and stay well clear.

I am still waiting for my parcel, they said 5 working days, shame... it's been almost 10 working days and nothing. I bought to give to my father in my wedding day, but unfortunately I couldn't! Thanks personalised key rings Ireland 🇮🇪. I am totally disappointed. Never more! Be careful, don't buy! The answer that they give to me was: its coming from. Switzerland! I thought it was an Irish business. Shame!!!!

I ordered my keyring on the 14th October and received them on the 1st November there was a problem with the photo I send them and had to send a new one when I emailed them i would get a email back ASAP costumer service is 100% and I would order off them

Terrible service really needed keyring for first Communion. Ordered a month in advance and nearly two months on still waiting had to pay again for posting second time. Terrible stay well clear requested refund and still no luck

Keyring was great quality and worth the money, it took a long time to arrive but the company were very easy to deal with and responded quickly to any email I sent
