I don't mind paying a nominal fee for the test results but it was advertised as free so that was disappointing.

Now I’m invested in helping others who have not had the privilege to be surrounded by God fearing Christians who do not judge others.

I paid what i thought was a one time price of like 1$ for an iq test that somehow turned into a monthly subscription. When i tried to cancel it says my email address isn’t connected to their site so i cant even log in to cancel. Yet for some reason they still have my card info and are still trying to charge me 39$ a month. When i emailed them to get help they just told me to log in with my email that i used to sign up and pay with.. I never fkng signed up. I just payed one dollar and now im getting charged.. I kept trying to tell support that and they just stopped responding so essentially they are now stealing from me.

Hi, we're sorry for the trouble you've had, and we understand how worrying ongoing charges are. An account is normally created automatically at the time of purchase, and the email entered to cancel needs to be the one used at checkout, which isn't always the one you'd expect.
We'd like to find your account and sort this out for you directly. Please reach out to us at https://persolibrary.com/contact-us with your purchase details (approximate date, amount, and the last 4 digits of the card), and our team will locate it and make sure the plan is cancelled.
Charged for a subscription I never wanted
I came to this site for one reason: to buy a single IQ test report for my school coursework. I entered my card to pay for that one report. Weeks later I found a $39.95 subscription charge on my card that I never intended and never knowingly agreed to. I used none of the site's other features and got nothing from it.
I submitted refund requests through their website feedback form four times. I got no response until I emailed their support directly. Their answer was that I had signed up for a trial that auto-renewed, and they offered 25% back "as a gesture of goodwill." If a company only offers to give back a fraction of a charge for something you didn't use or want, that tells you how they treat customers.
Whatever the fine print says, a one-time purchase should not quietly turn into a recurring charge. I'm sharing this so students and anyone else buying a single report know to check for a trial and cancel immediately, or avoid this site altogether. Extremely disappointing experience.

Hi, thank you for sharing this in such detail, and we're sorry the plan wasn't what you expected when you bought your report.
The initial charge covers a short trial period, which continues automatically at the regular recurring rate unless it's cancelled beforehand, as disclosed at checkout and in our Terms.
If the plan is still active, you can cancel anytime at https://persolibrary.com/cancel-sub. We'll also pass your feedback about response times to the team.
