I bought a sweater in the middle of November 2025 the item was not what I expected including the size. I have been trying to get a refund which I am still waiting for. Had to resend the email so many times requesting a refund. Please do not order from Perry Streewear it is not worth it. Very disappointed and 🤮.

Really really poor quality. Please please do not buy anything from here. I bought a coat for my wife and the quality is awful and she can’t wear it as it seems as though the zip is about to break at any point.

They refused to refund me and was stuck with a poor quality product that’s still in its packaging

I agree with other reviews do not buy from his company recieved cardigan not correct size or colour as advertised after many emails sending photos etc etc offered discount if I kept as impossible to try to get it returned still waiting for discount !

Promised a refund which has never been received. Clothing cheap and poorly made.

Completely agree with other reviews here. Do not be drawn into their quite impressively designed website and purchasing process.
Item received was packed as if I had bought a second hand item for £2.50 off Vinted.
No labels at all on product.
Some swift responses by emails when I requested return; they offered me 10% then 20% then 30% discount in order for me to keep the goods
Oddly, they concluded by saying if I was not satisfied with their offer to reach an amicable settlement, I should return the goods at my own expense without a refund !
When I asked them to confirm delivery date being within 30 days of my request for refund (which you are entitled to under Consumer Rights Act 2015) comms have dried up.
Tried calling the number on website but does not connect

Absolute terrible quality, nothing shy of cheap tat. The size was way too big, tried returning the item and was just offered a 10% discount and told I could keep the jacket. I wanted a refund as the jacket didn't fit, eventually got them to accept the return, and sent it back with Royal Mail international tracked and signed on the 14/10/25. Never received my refund no contact from the seller. AVOID at all costs. Eventually got my money back from Royal Mail

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Does not even deserve one star, but Trustpilot doesn't allow for none.
Same experience as others have described. Shoddily made goods that barely resemble photographs and whilst they say returns are easy, they are impossible!

A pair of pajamas as a gift for my wife arrived two weeks after ordering, packaged like they were from ebay. Once opened realised they were very poor quality so looked to start a return.
No returns system is in place, rather the website directs the customer to send an email for details.. I did so & was offered 10%, the 20% & finally 30% discount if I would keep the item.
I refused this & only then did they drop news that returns were to China (of course!)
Consumer law is being ignored by this company.
Long story short I raised a claim with my bank & reclaimed the money last week thankfully.
Don't be reeled in by the attractive website..

Total scam company, don’t buy. Fake poor quality products with no returns or refund process despite what they claim on the website

BEWARE !!!! Purchase from Perry Streetwear at your own risk. Inferior quality, returns policy is none existent, even if you provide proof of receipt.
Very dishonest. They will refuse to pay your refund and will keep your returns.

Beware, this Company is based in China (not the UK as its name suggests). Their products are of inferior quality, and if you want to return an item they offer you a miserly 10% refund and tell you to keep the item (this in itself is indicative of the poor quality). If you do try to return the item (at additional cost) it mysteriously gets “lost in transit”. My advice would be to steer clear of this dubious Company.

please avoid buying anything from this company, I bought some shoes from them, when they arrived they where to small, they said I could keep the shoes and they would give me a 20% refund, which I excepted, unfortunately I am still waiting 3 months later and they are now ignoring me. a total RIP OFF COMPANY 😡

If I could give nil stars I would. Received a jacket for Christmas from this company, material is very thin and zips come apart or fail to zip correctly. I am a size 8 - it fits ok so zip issue is more about quality of material used, very shoddy and would not recommend. I have tried to send back but company is based in China, they will not receive returns to a UK address. Buy from them at your peril.

Ordered a gift for my son. When it arrived it was nothing like the picture. Wrong colour, cheap horrible spandex material.
When I tried to go through their refund process, they offered me 10% and then 20% and I could keep the item. When I refused both and got through to the returns policy, I had to send to China at my own expense.
Obviously this won't be worth my while as the chances are it probably won't get there inside the 30 days policy and will cost as much as the item itself!!
Avoid this company at all costs!! Absolute rip off!!!!

This company is appalling and should not be allowed to trade. My experience is the same as all of these other very accurate reviews, they pretend to be in the uk but send rubbish from China. I ordered a winter jacket, the product would struggle to keep you warm in mild weather, it came with no labels attached, so if you try to return it the return sheet, which I eventually got out of them, states all clothing labels must be attached and strongly advise you supply them with a tracking number back to China, which obviously would be expensive, also my guess would be they would then reject it as no clothing label would not be attached as they sent it to you in that condition. Total scammers! I will always read reviews now before ordering anything from anywhere.

Do not buy from this company!! I learnt last night that the PJ’s I ordered for my daughter in law were not the ones she had looked at online, completely different to the pictures. I was lucky and received my order considering they came from China !! but tell others not to buy from them ! A lesson learnt!!

I ordered a jacket and when it arrived it was poor materials and two sizes to small. As their website says easy returns, I contacted them, however they refused the return and told me to keep the jacket and accept a 20% refund. This was weeks ago and I still haven't received the refund. Definitely avoid buying anything from them!
