Worst customer experience ever. Three years ago, I had to cancel a $504.60 order due to a change in medical therapy. Customer support instructed me to reject the package upon delivery to trigger a refund. I followed their protocol, but the refund was never issued. They have since ignored all my emails. After numerous follow-ups, they ghosted me. Avoid this company; their deceptive customer service practices.

The support team member (Michael Morgen) mentioned that: "I don’t believe we’ve received the package as a return but I’ll go ahead and process the refund for you. You’ve certainly waited log enough."

The only way I could write a review is by choosing a star but I would rate it zero. I ordered a AEON black and white with subscription for the next month's on 10th May, I haven't received anything until now nor any update. I have contacted their customer service, subscription manager customer service several times but I haven't received any reply. There's no tracking information or updated information that was sent to me. The order shows unfulfilled on their website but no one is responding to me. The only email I received was for order confirmation and that the items are being prepared for shipping. Nothing has been shipped yet but the payment was already processed. I would not recommend this company because they are a scam. Considerate and customer focused companies would reach out if there were any issues. It's a disappointment

Had a reaction after taking their product. Tried to contact company several times. They did cancel my subscription but did not respond when a refund was requested, as per their return policy. Unfortunately I really wanted to see results but I feel their lack of communication, refusal to honor their policies, and numerous locations with sketchy shipping make this a company you should not trust.
Update- I received a refund from the company after posting the above review. I was also offered free samples of other products, which I declined. I appreciate that the company followed thru on their policy.

We have been buying products from Perpetua for three years now. The Aeon has gotten rid of neuropathy in feet, and consistently provides energy and some appetite control. I feel like we dialed back years in our health and aging and have held steady with those improvements. We buy their other products on a routine basis as well, stocking up 6-12 months at a time because we travel a lot. The company is incredible to deal with - always responsive and accommodating to our needs. This company is our #1 choice for longevity and energy supporting products ( their other products are really cool too) UPDATE: I started using a GLP1 5 weeks ago…. as the fatigue side effect set in I always noticed that if I forget or delayed taking my Aeon first thing, that the fatigue took over the day. I have become much more disciplined about taking my AEON along with a good multivitamin first thing in the morning and I am able to prevent fatigue from impacting my day.

I have been taking this product for about three months now and am very impressed with the results. It has most of the ingredients I am after, but in two pills. (I do take other supplements) I have way more energy and a feeling of overall balance and well-being. I ordered the white and black, and also noticed how well I am sleeping, which is a godsend. I have not had any of the visible age-reversing benefits mentioned in other reviews or the terrible side effects. I would say it did take about a month for the feel-good vibes to kick in. It's expensive with the exchange rate to Australia, but I do rate it; if you have the luxury of being able to afford it's well worth it.

I was advised by a friend to incorporate this formula into my wellness regimen. My general feeling of wellbeing has improved. This vitamin is a beneficial addition to my diet, making up for any deficiencies that may have existed.

It's my go-to strategy for longevity. seems to be controlling some of my body's long-standing issues, including energy levels, mood swings, bone aches, and loss of bone density. This pill seems to be more effective than the others, even though I use them to regulate my moods, brain function, and bone density. It gives me a stable foundation from which to build.

Tried to log in several times. Each time was required to perform 2 Captcha challenges even though I have an account. Challenges kept coming b 'ack wrong. Pills gave me large red rashes in both armpits. Was willing to give new formula a chance but need to change address. Can't get into website

I had some problems with my order as customs is holding it back. However, the company has already issued me a refund and suggested ordering from their .eu webshop. I will do that and hopefully, the next bottle will arrive without any issues.

I bought This product They debit from my account but I never received the confirmation e-mail with the track number, so I read some comments about other people never received their purchases it makes me worry about been a scam, I sent e-mail to the support team but never get a reply so not sure about this company.

I have been taking the supplement for about 3 months and I guess that I am one of the few that misses the flush. I started on the new formula and realy liked the intensity of it. I wondered what had changed, so this forum has been very helpful, but either way, it is so much easier than taking the ingredients sepperatly as I was originally doing before. It's a great product and definitely worth using.

First, I must admit, I have not yet tried this product, as I always research what other customers have to say, about the product and the company. I gave 4 stars because of all of the positive ratings others have had with dealing with contacting the company. How quickly they responded and their attempt to give the most straight forward, and their honest transparency. There are so many scammers out there, preying on desperate seniors, claiming to have the, " miracle cures that can give you back the wrinkle-free, soft, beautiful skin you had in your 20's, reverse the damage from macular degeneration, or restore beautiful enamel to aging teeth, all related to aging, some directly related to familial, genetic predisposition! When their claims, and validating clinical research are investigated, and people who have used the product have been asked to rate the results, it becomes clear that they are scammers, selling, "snake oil". I do NOT see any of these types of questionable claims being made by this company. They have a combination of vitamins and health supplements that help the body remain healthier, fight cell damage and help the body rebuild healthy cells, faster. They have attempted to simplify what vitamins are supplements work the best, without spending too much of our hard earned retirement money, while keeping our bodies, and minds younger, as we age. They don't promise a, " magical fountain of youth", just help people to have the most useful, healthy body, through easy, common sense nutritional supplimentation, as we age! This is, definitely, something I am interested in adding to my health care regimine. My only suggestion would be, to definitely make sure people who are taking AEON, are made aware of any changes to the formula, as supplements, like niacin, (vitamin 3), can cause flushing and a hot, burning feeling under the skin, if it is not given in a controlled release form. While not harmful, it can be somewhat distressing if it is not listed as a side effect.

What could have been an awful experience turned into an excellent one due to care, great culture, ownership and a direct response from the CEO. I’ve been using Perpetua.Life’s Aeon NAD+ product for a while and recommended it to friends and family. I don’t know how much of the positive results I’ve seen are purely from Aeon because I improved my diet and activity at the same time, but overall my health and well being has improved since using it and I’m putting on more lean muscle mass than in my 20s.

It was a bit disappointing when my brother in law got a batch that caused an extreme flushing and skin inflaming response, and more so when I got one myself after they were supposed to be taken out of circulation.

I intended to cancel my subscription and not use their services again… I was cranky enough to demand a refund for my last bottle.

A prompt, open and sincere personal response from the CEO completely changed my feelings. His immediate response to help me feel heard and valued was more than fair and not something I see enough of.

Thanks to Michael and the team. Great product, better service, and I’m now keen to explore more of their offerings as a result of how they responded.

first time using it the first batch was fine so i bought the second bottle which it came today. i took 2 and road to gym but instead ended up at the hospital. with SUDDEN fever of 38.4 and rdness + rush + itching ! it was freaky. the fever passed about in half an hour after that redness and crazy itchness down the legs. hospital found nothing suggested that it may be a allergic reaction. i calmed down right away after i read the reviews here that the new formula had side effects. (this was after 40 minutes of freaking out
)
please change it back ! and do not do such big change before giving consumers UPDATE message or NOTE in the package !
everything lasted about 2 hours! hell of a day !

After a most uncomfortable 3days of itchy skin, flushing and overall reaction to the new formula, Perpetual Life reached out to me and sent me a new bottle of AEON and I'm feeling better.
Also, I appreciate the complimentary bottles of lions mane gummies, which are fantastic and beet gummies, again fantastic!
