I have been using permanence skincare for about two to three weeks now. I'm not using the spray or pills. Only using the Soap, Serum, Whitening Boost, and Sunblock. The only thing I have noticed is my skin is a lot softer and smoother. I do understand that everyone's body is different and may or may not work on everyone. But I do believe the products does have the ability to do what it supposed to do, no doubt. I have proof of this, and my proof is what I've seen with my own two eyes that it does work. A friend of mine is using it and she looks totally different and beautiful till no one recognize who she is. So, when I say this, please, please believe that it DOES work but maybe just not on everyone. I don't know why. But I will continue to use it. I've come this far, so there's no stopping now.

Do not buy any products from this company will turn you darker and burn skin

AMAZING! You need a good skincare routine for this to work.
As long as you

-moisturize
-wear sunprotection/ umbrella/ concealing clothing
-Drink water
-Take vitamins

I wanted to love this product. I really did the packaging is beautiful.
I purchased from Permanence Skincare website the Glutathione Soap and Intensive Serum due to the natural ingredients, but this was the worst. The worst $124 with expedited shipping that I ever spent.

Permanence Glutathione soap and Intensive Serum instantly sucked all the color and life out of my skin. Dried it out like a prune. These products made my skin 1.5 shades darkened. Completely, ruined my beautiful skin. Also, the fragrance was too much.

I used for 7 days, because I didn't want to feel like I wasted my money and time. In reality I was hoping that the negative side effects from using these products would reverse 😂. I would have been an even bigger fool to continue using and should have stopped with all the red flags & signs my skin was warning me with on the first day of use.

RECAP:

Day 1-4: The first morning of using both soap & serum my skin was burning and immediately darkened. I mean it darkened instantaneously the first red flag. The skin near my eyes became inflamed, irritated and red... And NO I did not put the products on or near my eyes. My face broke out with little tiny red bumps and my skin became rough, dry and patchy looking.

Day 4-7: My face was breaking out so bad with acne lesions, and the skin near my eyes that was irritated had darkened. Look like I had a black eye.

A month prior to trying the Permeance SkinCare Glutathione Soap and Intensive Serum. I used differin Gel 0.1%, PanOxyl acne foaming wash maximum strength 10%, The Ordinary Azelaic acid suspension 10%, and Derma-E Anti-Wrinkle Treatment Oil all gentle products that work extremely well on my skin. My skin glowed exceptionally, was soft, supple and hydrated.

Out of all the products I ever used in the past to help achieve even toned skin, or remove acne scars. They have never darkened my skin. The complete opposite of what it claims to do which makes no sense. I'm leaving the review here on Trust Pilot, because when I logged into my Permanence account there was no option for me to leave a review anywhere on the website.

I should've known when I didn't see an actual Customer Service number on the website not to take a chance.

I was doing extra to my skin thinking it needed a boost of whatever in my delusional mind. When really my skin was just perfect before. Just because a review claims the product works for someone else it may not provide the same results for you. Rule of thumb don't take chances when it comes to your skincare.

Please consult with a Dermatologist first. Lesson learned. You've been warned.

UPDATE July 4, 2024:

Though the product is a 1-star for me. It's a 5-star for my husband who loves the soap & serum uses for skin maintenance. He has no skin issues whatsoever, just normal, clear skin that rarely gets oily dependent on the weather. There was no change in his complexion other than a natural looking glow. His complexion is that of Lenny Kravitz.

In my initial review I failed to mention that my skin type is sensitive, acne prone skin which can get extremely oily or dry dependent on the weather or product I use. Products with fragrance, citric acid, alcohol or coconut oil, etc,. are harsh on my skin. My complexion is that of Kelly Rowland.

Changed my rating from a 1-star to 2-stars, because the soap & serum worked for my husband who will buy again.

I am not sure how these people are writing five star reviews. I purchased directly from them and they have nothing call. Customer service. Responded after three emails writing they do not have refund policy. My skin started to break out so bad that I had to go to dermatologist. I wish I could tell you that how mediocre this quality of their product is for the amount they charge. I am taking it up in my credit card company but I do not recommend this. This is the worst ever cosmetic I tried.
If they were new brand and agree that there product is not for every skin type they should have some return policy for clients who are breaking out to make them happy just like they are saying some clients are happy.

Was slightly sceptical about this brand but after reading a few reviews I thought I would take a chance. All though I used express delivery with the package coming from the USA I still was expecting a long wait to my surprise it was a speedy delivery. The items were individually well wrapped. The communication was amazing. Every step I was notified. The items were nicely presented so I am able to have them on display. I am very very happy!

Its been a month of using evasence depigmenting cream and depigmenting whitening complex xxl , i haven't seen any changes . Instead my skin feels more dark by applying this cream

I been using revive lightening cream from my dark circles around my eyes . I can say I noticed a little difference and it's only been almost 3 weeks now.

I started using permanence 3 1/2 months ago. I was excited to come across this product due to all of the Raving reviews I saw on the permanence website. I placed a very large order as many complained about items are often out of stock. The first two weeks, I started to notice my skin lighten some- or at least I thought it did. After 4 weeks of using the product my skin started to darken, despite my use of their Sun screen religiously so I didn’t understand the darkening of my skin. I purchased another large shipment which included every product offered. I soon began to notice small bumps and pimples on my face. My family asked me to stop using the tons of products I purchased from Permanence because my skin no longer looked healthy and the yellow body cream (Evanence) which I waited over three weeks to be restocked was a joke. I used the yellow cream over a 5 week time frame and my skin has not lightened at all. In fact it appears my skin has darkened. over the course of a month of using the cream day and night religiously. I’m a member of a skin lightening group on Facebook which consists of nearly a thousand women, many women in the group have complained of the ineffectiveness of Permanence, despite all of its favorable views on its website. we share products, and tips on what works and what to stay away from. Permanence is on the very bottom of the list and members are warned to stay far away from this product. What a waste of time and money Permanence.

Be aware if your BODY!
Permanence products are great and have been working very fast for me, and I have almost each products in this brand. So for those of you who have not seen result i don’t think it had anything to do with the product itself or else it wouldn’t work for everyone. I have been using this brand since the beginning of September and it is now October 10! My honest results are as follow: I noticed that I don’t have to fix my pictures with different make up apps, as well I have now changed my foundation twice to 2 shades lighter. I had « raccoon » eyes that have completely disappeared and I am so happy that I don’t even have to put on make up except for lashes and liner.

So these brand works VERY WELL for me, so you have to be mindful of your body as well.

HUGE REMINDER: that if you do DRINK Alcohol, Do DRIGS OR SMOKE.. Glutathione WILL not lighten your skin, as well if your health is not well and if you are extremely stressed out or if you are a person who doesn’t est healthy glutathione will not work for your skin as fast ok.

It’s important to know your body. The healthier you are and est clean all the time and the less you expose your skin to the sun the better and faster you will see change.

I’m just a costumer not someone who has been endorsed by permanence.

I been using it for 2 weeks. Two of their products for skin lightening. Too be honest I can’t get over the strong fragrance. I hate putting it on because of how it smells, if it was unscented it be better. But I just hate the smell. Also it’s really expensive. Don’t think it’s really worth it.

I bought 2 bottles of the evasence cream. One bottle extremely thick that i had to cut the bottle open to use the cream. The other was as runny as water. I spoke to a rep and she said to put the runny one in the fridge to thicken up. I told her this is runny like water and nothing can thicken it up. She didn’t v respond after that.
Have been using this depigment lotion/ cream for a month and yet to see any changes! Absolutely none. Yes, I am well exfoliated.

Response to permanence skin- the runny bottle was like water. There was no separation at all. It was just a runny liquid.
The thick one was soo thick that the pump was useless and I had to cut the bottle open to get to the thick cream.

Utterly disappointed with these products. I had a slight irritation using the serum or cream. I think what hurts the most is the cost I forked out for these products.
Advanced warning: do not waste your hard-earned money!

I was excited to buy this companies products because of the claims, reviews and ingredients, but i must say that i am terribly disappointed as it failed to live up to its claims. Firstly the packaging for the Fair Tone Whitening Sunblock is extremely inappropriate for the contents as the bottle is not squeezy but rather hard and inflexible, so without a pump it is near impossible to get the contents out without a whole lot of fuss, due to the thick consistency of the product. Secondly and most importantly, this product offers no sun protection whatsoever. I live in the UK where it is not even hot, yet using this product during the month of September and throughout October, I got darker than how i was prior to using the product. The Extensive Lightening Beauty Milk has not done a thing to my skin, no brightening and certainly no lightening, after 2 months of using diligently. I do not recommend this company or their products at all and have lost faith in all their products, which is such a shame as i spent over $500 buying them, but never again. Too expensive for what is generally just body moisturisers.

So far so good… I will update after month 2

I have used the Revive lightening cream and the serum on my face for a month and didn’t notice any difference. I have used the maximum boost body treatment and I didn’t see any change. I took the glutathione pills for a month and didn’t see a different. Will be taking the glutathione pills for another 2 months.

All I need to say is I’m in love with the products. They’re Amazing. It’s magic. Thank you guys. Do you guys think about doing other things such as hair grow serums or having a clothing line about the products?

I am missing items, and have emailed several times. Where is the customer service here.

I received an email asking for my review to be amended, and have recently noticed that you all have asked this of many other people. I still think your customer service is horrible. A couple weeks ago when I wanted to get some more information about the products, I asked about clarification over the serving size which were immediately answered. Then I asked about who owns the company and you all refused to answer me. You responded to every other question but that one, purposefully ignoring me leaving me emailing 4 or 5 other times to no response. I just wanted to learn more about who I am ordering from. The lack of transparency was a big red flag. Then you leave items out of my order. Tbh, I made a large order, and I will use my things, and I actually think they could be nice. But, something about the way you conduct business is not sitting well with me. I can’t pinpoint it, and I don’t have time to. However, myself and many others see it.

Additionally, all of your negative reviews are also real client experiences...
