Egle has always been excellent and consistently.

I've had great experiences each time I've visited Permanence in Sydney CBD. Appointments run on time, it is clean and the staff are all lovely. I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner Noreen; she is so hard-working and hearing her own story, I know she really wants to help others and make a difference to their lives. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Permanence for your hair free journey :)

I have been going to Permanence for a little while now and am really seeing a difference to my face and chin. All of the staff there are really friendly and professional and Kim the receptionist is so responsive and helpful. The treatment does cost a fair bit but is definitely worth it and they are very transparent about the cost and the provide several options for payment type depending on what suits you. If you are worried about the cost, buying several sessions and longer sessions not only helps you have more hairs removed at once but allows you to get discounts on the cost.

So impressed with the standard of service and effectiveness of the treatment. Highly recommended. This business is run with great care.

Excellent customer service, all the staff are really friendly and so welcoming. Thank you so much for helping my nightmare (facial hair) remove! Especially an extra thanks for Louise who treated me for 1.5 years every week to remove all my facial hair and hear my complaints about my struggles. Haha

I have been going to Louis Tran in Permanence now for over a year. I highly recommend this company, and particularly Louis. He has always acted in a professional manner, but also gets to know the clients personally. He listens to exactly what you want and will give his professional advice specific to these needs. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and at ease throughout treatments. Because of him, I am feeling much more confident, I am absolutely delighted with the results so far.

So pleased to have found this place with its multi-probe system of electrolysis to deal with my unwanted facial hair. Emeris has a lovely manner and has taken good care of me.
