The perfumes are fake. They mimic packaging and bottle. Received Dolche and Gabana light blue - it looked genuine enough but no smell apart from a slight whiff of alcohol !!!

I strongly advise everyone NOT to buy anything from Perfumes Megastore. Their products are cheap imports from China, sold through Fruugo, and the quality is extremely poor. What you see online is nothing like what you receive. Customer service is unhelpful, and returns are a nightmare. This is not a trustworthy store, and you’ll end up wasting your money.
Save yourself the frustration—shop elsewhere!

eu comprei o jean lowe vibe neste site, e recebi em casa um jean lowe vibe falso, sem tampa magnetica, caixa falsificada, cheiro similar mas bastante longe do original jean lowe vibe, em performance (projeçao e fixaçao na pele) perde em MUITO para o original perfume, se quer um dupe do pacific chill, compre o jean lowe vibe num site veridico. EM GERAL FUI SCAMADO POR UM PERFUME FALSO

Recieved a fake perfume not what I ordered and paid for never again!!

Avoid like the plague!

So I ordered some perfume in April, now in June and still not received.

They sent notification of shipment and tracking, but Royal Mail tell me...

Having checked the tracking information for your item reference xxxxx, it shows "Pre-advice Item Passed - Received with errors" on the 27/4/23. This means the sender has advised us they intend to send something but it has not yet been passed to Royal Mail for delivery.

Can't get any response from this company.

If you go onto Fruugo as they are linked somehow, to claim you have to make all kinds of statements on action taken to resolve including reporting missing item to police, checking with delivery partner, etc. then threats of prosecution.

Definitely would not recommend Perfumes Megastore or Fruugo!

Simplemente, parece una web fantasma. Junto con Fruugo que es quien avala la compra. Hice un pedido el día 28/04 y a día de hoy no se ha puesto en contacto nadie para dar ningún tipo de explicación. Solo el correo de se ha procesado tu pedido y el plazo de entrega blabla.. que vendira a ser, ya tenemos tu dinero y nos da igual todo lo demás. Pésima atención al cliente, básicamente, no la hay.
