I walked in to get some Ford F-150 parts and Sam took care of me. He made me feel welcome and gave me the best price he could. Do your shopping around then go to Sam. I got $500 worth of parts for $129.95! Now that is savings! Trust me, in this world, as you may know, it's not how much you make, it's how much you save. All parts went in and are working fine. THANKS SAM! See you again.

I ordered 2004 4Runner chrome clear headlight housings. It says it was available on the website as I have been looking everywhere for them. I ordered these April 17. I only received 3 emails. One saying the “order was placed”, “awaiting shipment”, and “shipped.” I received the shipped email 2 weeks ago. I finally get another email today saying my order was refunded?. I have tried to call the company many times and nobody answers. It says they are closed and just sends me to voicemail. Completely unacceptable and most likely a SCAM. Don’t waste your time

Ordered parts 3 weeks ago received shipping notification with no tracking. Unanswered emails and can only leave a voicemail to a “Sam”? Think I have been scammed. Time to call credit card company.
Seems like I should’ve read reviews before ordering. Took my money right away and hasn’t even shipped. Didn’t know it took 5 days to ship something from Toronto Ontario to Brantford Ontario. I ordered something off rock auto on the same day and it already showed up. Starting to think after these reviews I’m not getting my headlights for at least another month what a joke.
My fiancé ordered a pair of tail lights from them on April 16th, order status changed to awaiting shipment on the 21st and then changed to shipped on the 28th. We have still not received the parts! We tried calling but, have only been able to reach their automated “We are closed” voicemail message. We’ve emailed them asking for the tracking number since one was not given when the order status changed. We have yet to get a response back. Wish my other half would’ve done more research on them before purchasing products from this company. If we don’t receive the parts in the next couple of days, i’ll be getting a reversal on this!

Order 31282 placed Apr 13, 2022. Ordered exhaust performance headers and have emailed and called several times with no luck. I received an email on Apr 18 saying awaiting shipment and another on Apr 28 saying shipped yet no tracking number. No one answers the phone or replies to emails and I've sent several. Looks like I'm one of many that have had the exact same experience. I'll be calling Visa next to get a charge back for this order.

Order 31518 - if there was a zero star category this crowd would get it. I made an order for running boards more than 2 weeks ago - they took my money immediately but that is about all they did. Their email stated "waiting for shipping" for over a week - I doubt they had the product. I made several requests for an explanation as to why the product had not shipped but no replies. I have now gone to VISA to take on a refund and the same day they changed the status to Shipped, but no tracking number. I asked for a tracking number, again no response. Who knows if they have the item, if they shipped it, or whether they are a total scam. I just want my money back and will not deal with them again. Live and learn....

Ordered Apr 28th says waiting fulfillment absolutely no communication, phone line says they are closed. These guys are worse than the online store from China, Wish.

Well after this review they actually contacted me. Telling me it will be weeks before I get my product. Monday May 23rd, Now they canceled my order without any explanation. This place is not to be trusted. Performance 1 you suck. Order# 31698.

Placed an order on April 17, 2022, a couple weeks went by order stated “awaiting fulfillment,” didn’t think anything of it since there based in Canada, being that I’m in the US. Finally emailed asking when will order be shipped, bc the phone number states there closed when called. Finally ordered status was changed too shipped. Then again a couple of weeks went by no tacking number, so emailed again no response & now it’s may 6. Think it’s a scam, probably get a chargeback.

I found products and pricing to be better then I can buy locally and no shipping cost is a bonus. Parts arrived after 3 weeks !
Its been quite frustrating dealing with this company. Placed an order for Mirrors (#31301) on April 14th.
Waited two weeks and called to find out when I could expect them. No one called back, so I emailed aub1982...........as was noted on order confirmation and still no response. I received a notice that my order had shipped on Thursday April 28th that the order had shipped but no tracking number was provided, so I replied by email asking for the tracking number and no reply. Still waiting for my order to be delivered in the Toronto Area from this Toronto based company! Quite frustrating lack of communication.
Update, after posting this review, I received a new message from these guys saying order refunded, with no explanation ! How can they refund my order after they claimed to have shipped it ? I can only assume they never did ship it ! The lack of communication is breathtaking !
Ordered exhaust headers April 13, shipping took abit longer than expected, had some small issues contacting them, however once I finally got a hold of them, they where apologetic and had my shipment moving quickly afterwards, recieved it today, headers seem decient quality for what I paid.

My husband placed order on April 15th, 2022. They took the payment immediately. Order status was "awaiting parts" for 2 weeks. Tried calling (what a joke as there is NO live person to answer the phone) multiple times. FINALLY I got to speak to someone. This informed that we would have the part delivered today (May 3rd). Ya so checked the status, states shipped. ABSOLUTELY no tracking number. Shows me that it has NOT shipped out after all. Tried to contact them thru email....to get a tracking number.....NO RESPONSE. Tried multiple times to call, still no live person to take my call. Left a message on a voicemail to someone named Sam. Will never get a call back. Seems like a complete scam. Poor customer service!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!
**Update......someone called me. Ya told me that the item still has not cleared thru customs and that we should get the item Monday or Tuesday of next week. Completely unacceptable.....we were told that we would have it TODAY. I feel like we are going to be getting a runaround. As for the order number.....ask Sam as he gave me this update......COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. JUST GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!
