Terrible experience! I ordered headlights for a Silverado on 6/7. On 6/14 it said my item was available for shipping. They charged my card and I have not received any information since then. Sent multiple emails with no reply. Left several voicemails with no reply. Mailbox is now full and can’t contact anyone. They replied to my email pre-order within an hour and now I can’t get any response. Demanded a refund and still no reply. If the items aren’t shipped, I want a refund! Terrible way to do business and from what I see on here, they always have a BS excuse. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I want my headlights or my money back!

Order #32170. Ordered two different sets of headlights for both trucks I have and a set of fender flares on May 17, 2022. Can’t get ahold of anyone and have sent multiple emails. Over $1100 spent and you treat your customers like this?? Will be calling my credit card company and having them launch an investigation and hopefully they can get my money back.

Very professional and selling authentic auto parts. The lady at the reception has exceptionally excellent customer service relations.
Order #32599 Ordered a grill on June 6, 2022. Said it shipped out on June 14. No tracking number or anything else. Tried to contact them literally over 100 times. Either no one answers and it goes to voicemail or the line is busy. Absolutely unacceptable business practices. I want to know what the hell is going on. Am I getting the item I paid over 350$ for or am I getting screwed? Either give me a tracking number with the shipping companies name or give me my money back! Pathetic.

Order # is 31305.. Ordered tow mirrors for my dodge ram 2500 back in mid April and still haven't received them. Can't get any reply via phone or email. Please give me an update of any kind or send me a refund. I'm going to have to report this as a scam to my credit card company in a few days. Way to long
Ordered headers on may 23rd, they still haven’t delivered, let alone answer my email. I order parts off rockauto all the time and they are shipped from the states, but they always are delivered within a weeks time, hope they come in soon. Seems pretty shady to have to go to a different website to actually get feedback but I’ll wait, hopefully they at least get back to me soon…

It’s now July 16, 2022 and I still have not received my order (towing mirrors) that I placed on June 6, 2022. Not impressed!!
I have now contacted my credit card company and we are reporting this company as scammers. I have called many of times and no answer. I have emailed them through their website and no response. It’s very disappointing. DO NOT order from this company! They take your money and don’t ship your products. This is crap!

I have already waited for 3 weeks, still got no tracking number. No response to my emails or phone calls. I don't know if this website is a scam or not but I paid 500 dollars for an exhaust kit and I would like to actually get it. Give me information where the kit is at or give me a refund. The service is just totally garbage, that's not how you treat your customers.
Update:
I got a massage after 4 weeks that the exhaust is not in stock which is not nice but they gave me at least my refund which is a good think.
I got a refund and my money back.

I placed an order for a set of headlight assemblies on 5/29/22. After getting an automated email confirming they took my money- that was it.
After about a week, I followed up by email and phone to inquire about my order status… No response to emails and no one picks up the phone or replies to voicemail.
I finally requested my order be cancelled and money refunded on 6/7/22 by email, to which I get a one word responses “Cancelled”. Now after more than a week of my order being cancelled, still no refund.
Please refund my money promptly!
Thank you.
BTW…. Totally avoidable with a simple note to your customers of a delay, etc. Makes them know they didn’t just throw their money into a black hole.
