Amazing shop and the staff are really helpful and accommodating would highly recommend if you want lovely outfits for your little ones

Came across Perfect Little Thing when my friend tagged me in some of there clothes on Facebook. It’s been such a struggle trying to buy for a baby boy as I find there’s not much compared to baby girls but I’m so thankful to of found this place, so many options! Literally 5 minutes up the road from me which is dangerous though mind!! The girls are all so lovely and extremely helpful. The quality of the outfits are amazing. Will definitely continue to buy from them. See you soon with our new addition 🥰xx

Ordered on 5/4, dispatched on 6/4. Second class signed for with RM. supposed to take 2-3 working days (including Saturdays) for delivery. 10 days later and nothing. Tracking hasn’t updated since my parcel was posted by the retailer at the local post office. I said I will wait until next week and request a refund if I don’t receive my purchase. PLT are suggesting I have to wait for them to file a claim against the postal service. No, according to retail law. The goods are the responsibility of the retailer until I the recipient receive my package. So once I receive a refund, PLT will have to file a claim for their own compensation as a business.

I will wait until 21/4 which will make it collectively 2-weeks before I request a refund. If this is not honoured, I will open up a dispute against the company through my bank. Either way I am getting my money back for both the goods and postage.

I ordered a few items from their Peter rabbit range which is so adorable. The items are of a very high quality and exactly as pictured. Delivery was really quick and packaged lovely. Had to send an item back and this was processed really quickly for a refund. Look forward to future purchases ❤

I returned my order as soon as it arrived, the own branded clothes are cheap imports poor quality and absolutely tiny.
Would not recommend.

I ordered a couple of outfits for my grand daughters ( 6 months and 2/3 years) both are quite beautiful and great quality. Delivery was easy and efficient and customer service excellent. I'm looking forward to my next order with Perfect Little Thing !!!

Bought my baby boy the Peter rabbit Pom Pom outfit for Christmas and it was absolutely perfect sizing is spot on the material was warm but breathable for him not too tight or too loose and I also bought him a Pom hat to match and that was also beautiful, really friendly company and helpful & delivery was nice and quick! Will most definitely be using them in the future!

Loved my little girls Christmas outfit I left it last minute and panicked I wouldn’t get anything amazing quality,ordered the night before and delivered the next day even though I can imagine how busy you were on Christmas Eve!
