Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a shawl for my baby due in august 2023. I ordered a pink shawl with her name embroidered on there as this was to be used for her name announcement.

Few days later received an email to say the shawl blanket I had ordered was out of stock but they offered an alternative which was pretty much exactly the same so I was happy with the alternative. They posted same day and I received it in the post 2 days later.

After opening they had used the exact same colour thread to embroider her name on there as the blanket it’s self meaning you could hardly see her name and I wanted it to stand out bare in mind this shawl had cost me £32.99 including postage and personalisation.

I emailed them to explain and was met with nothing but excuses they first said it was my fault for not selecting a colour on my original order so I explain there was nowhere to select a colour I included screen shots to prove this. Then they said I should have added it in the notes section upon check out. I then said if this was the case when asking me if I would be willing to change to the second blanket why as a company did they not ask me what colour embroidery as THEY changed the shawl they refused a refund I asked if I could return they refused that also very dissatisfied avoid this company at all cost. Once I stayed I will be contacting trading standards to make a complaint my emails have since been ignored.

What a gorgeous business!!!! I ordered an outfit for my sons first birthday which was dungarees socks and a vest for underneath.
I had the vest personalised saying “Arthur-Bleu Turns One” I nearly cried happy tears when they arrived and I opened them! THEY WAS STUNNING!

When I direct messaged saying what I would like and how I would like it doing the customer service was a massive 10/10 I was listened too and was made sure I was going to be happy with my order. You can tell how much effort is put into the clothes, I imagined the personalised products being printed on, but was so surprised when they were hand stitched!!!!! I was so happy as was my partner! Really did make our sons first birthday so special.

I also ordered some pyjamas for the night before his birthday saying “in the morning I will be one” and these were absolutely stunning, such delicate stitching and brilliant material! I will now be keeping these for ever in a memory box so thank you Perfect little thing for becoming a special memory for my sons first birthday!!!

I now can’t wait to order many more outfits for him for summer! I highly recommend everyone gets their little ones clothes from here!😊

Placed an order with Perfect Little Thing back in March, as we absolutely fell in love with a ‘coming home outfit’ for our newborn due in July 2023.  Upon receiving the order we stored it away safely, however when getting the order out to preparing our hospital bag we noticed there was a tear on the outfit, meaning the button was unable to close.  We paid just shy of £50 for this order, which included the full outfit and hat, however we only needed the jacket on the outfit replacing.
I contacted Perfect Little Thing straight after noticing the tear, with a photo of the outfit, which also showed it still had a tag on explaining the issue and asked if they were able to replace it, or at least offer us a heavy discount, given it was unworn.
 
Initially I didn’t hear anything back from my email request, so I called in and the lady on the phone was fairly helpful and told me it shouldn’t be an issue and she was sure they would be able to replace it.  Shortly after this call I received an email from Nick Beetson (Director), who explained the order had expired it’s return period and they could offer me a free personalisation (worth £5) on a replacement.   I responded informing Nick I felt quite hard done by being offered £5 discount, having spent circa £50 on the order and it was unworn, so clearly a quality issue their side.  I then had to chase Nick again the following day, as I did not get a response, where I was offered 20% of the next order (equating to £5.20), which is just laughable.
 
Very poor experience overall, and extremely unhappy with the quality and service from the company in general.
