I sent a photo on Wednesday to perfect little thing on Facebook of something I wanted embroidered on to a vest, they replied almost instantly and could do what I wanted… the item arrived on Friday… super fast turnaround. Beautiful stuff and great quality. Great customer service there was an issue with the delivery as I’m in Ireland and the customs can be a nuisance at times but as soon as they received the order back after customs returned to sender it was reposted to me through another courier and I had it within a couple of days.

I got my grandson a new coat had to wait a few weeks but it did state pre order and it is well worth the wait it’s beautiful it’s for Santa tho lol

I ordered an outfit for my daughter on the website to wear to her birthday party. I was advised days later that the outfit was no longer available (even although the money was taken out of my account) which then left me running around trying to find something else last minute. Customer service was terrible which also made the situation worse.

We bought our little girls coming home outfit absolutely amazing, she looked adorable coming home. Nothing wasn’t to much trouble for the lady in the shop I think she was called leonie. Will be shopping again for summer. One happy parent.

I ordered my granddaughter the daisy summer dress in mint, as a present for her first holiday abroad. Excellent quality, perfect for little evening dress for holiday. Been buying my children's clothes from this company for a few years now and I adore it. Always new stock to browse which keeps me coming back. Delivery is always on time and customer services has always been on point.

I initially visited the Perfect Little Thing shop to purchase a outfit for the forthcoming arrival of my great niece. I was so overwhelmed with such beautiful clothes. I chose a gorgeous outfit and had the urge to buy a gorgeous pram blanket/ shawl. Adele and her staff was so warm and welcoming. When I handed the shawl for payment, I was overjoyed with the offer of embroidering my great niece name on this, the choice of lettering and colour was perfect and made the shawl extra special. Even the packaging of my gifts gave it all the extra special touch and I could not wait to give these beautiful items beautifully gift wrapped to my nephew, when his daughter was born. Since, then I have ordered online many beautiful items of clothing and I am forever grateful that everything I have ordered is the perfect fit, looks exactly what I viewed online. Again beautifully packaged.

The range of items is lovely however felt let down by their customer service. Initially points raised on my complaint were not all addressed by Adele and I was told there was nothing they could do although the personalised order I placed for my new born baby arrived slightly stained. I was also not happy with the lettering and was told it was clear on there website although not all lettering is shown on there. Whilst I understand the style of writing is shown the S looked more like P.
The made to order cardigan and bootys arrived and is definitely much larger than 0-3 months. As they haven’t got back to me regarding the stain and poor personalisation since the 26/4/24 I have not yet raised the further issue with the sizing of this as the company doesn’t seem to care or look to resolve the issues

Beautiful outfit. Slightly bigger than I’d have liked if you want something that will properly fit a new born might be worth asking them what size to get but quality is lovely and they’re extremely fast on delivery.
