POOR RETURN SERVICE
Hi there,
I logged a return request on 3 March and have since sent multiple emails, WhatsApps, and made several calls to follow up.
Last Thursday, I was finally able to speak to someone who confirmed that my return had been booked and that I would receive an email with the collection details. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for that email.
This delay is extremely frustrating. The after-sales service has been very disappointing it feels like there is urgency when selling products, but very little support once a customer needs assistance.
Please can you urgently provide an update and confirm when I will receive the collection details? I would appreciate this being resolved as soon as possible.

I have ordered this from Perfect Dealz on the 3rd of January but did not receive my product as jet.
My order [Order #PD46974] (03/01/2026) Still waiting for my order. The 4 Jan 26, I receive a parcel with the wrong item.
I ordered the Ultra HD Smart TV Box Q4 Pro 6K Order #PD46974 for R879.00
And they send me this one
MXQ Pro 4K Smart Android TV Box for R359.00
I phoned them the following day and speak to Nolen, he said he'll find out and phoned me back. I'm still waiting his call. Their emails or WhatsApp is not working.
The 13 Jan 25 I phoned again and was told there is a new shipment coming in i should give them chance till Thursday.
Thursday the 15th I phone again after holding on for 30min, it keeps on saying your no 1 in the que. Spoke again to Nolen, than I must hang on he'll find out from the Wearhouse after 25 min of hanging on he said there was a problem with the batch Ultra HD Smart TV Box Q4 Pro 6K and that they will refund me only after the collected the MXQ Pro 4K Smart Android TV Box that they send incorrectly. Still waiting for them to come and collect the MXQ Pro 4K Smart Android TV Box .
Friday the 16th I receive a WhatsApp (now working) to asked:

As you can see they are just ignoring me.
I spoke to Tabong on the 21 Jan and he said he can’t help he’ll ask Nolen to phone me back. Nolen did not call me back.
They do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages either.
I contacted payjustnow.com (the company that i did the payment) as well they said in the 28/01/2026: Thanks for reaching out
Please note our merchant support team is still looking into it please allow us some time I will revert back to you.
Till today no product or Explanation or money back.

I have never experienced such a despicable and vague website in my entire life.Before you buy anything on this website think twice because I have never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism like this with this online store.I ordered for stuff on their website and the order took almost close to a month to be delivered. No customer care service basically I regret a million times buying from them.
Out of 7 items I received 5 items and of these one was missing parts. Another item faulty /not working and another was a wrong item and when I called to forward my complaint up to now nothing has been done I feel this was really a scam.No wonder their prices are too good to be true so be careful when you are ordering from them online.
Am very disappointed honestly but we learn from such mistakes. Am not going to bother calling them again it's a waste of time.

Horrible company, struggling to get a refund for a product that was ordered only to be told there is no stock although website always shows stock available, does not answer email or WhatsApp about a faulty product even when pictures are included.

The real insult came after the delivery. I contacted customer service immediately, hoping for a swift resolution. Instead, I was met with indifference, delay and no responses. No offer of a refund or replacement, but they also made me feel like the inconvenience was my fault.
This isn’t just about one bad product—it’s about a company that clearly doesn’t value its customers. Their lack of accountability and empathy is staggering. I’ve lost time, money, and trust.
I will never purchase from Perfectdealz again, and I strongly urge others to reconsider before supporting a brand that treats its customers with such disregard.
If this is how they handle issues, I fear for anyone needing support post-purchase. Buyer beware.

I order a professional hair dryer and they delivery a wrong hair dryer. I reported it for exchange or refund they said they will check their product. it is 2 weeks now nothing has been done and my email are ignored. They even ask me if i did not like what they deliver. which means they deliver it to me knowingly. I will wait for them but their dryer they will definetely get it back. even if it means i have to drive it and return it myself.

placed an order on the 25th September, the products showed, delivery would be the following day. 26th September. today it is the 06th October 2025. I did not receive the order, I had to call and cancel as it keeps saying out for delivery. - also I have no use of the products as i needed to use them over the past weekend.
