I looked at several different web form software before purchasing Perfectforms, and your product outshines the others by far.
I think you have done a great job with the interface, tools, and capabilities. My company has also contracted with your company to design and build a number of complex custom forms and we have no complaints from anybody that has used them.
My only wish is that the training and or help manual on creating my own forms was better.

I spent several weeks reviewing forms products, signed up and tried 5 or 6 but settled on PerfectForms as the most comprehensive, mature and well thought through.

With 6 months use of the on-demand version I have been impressed by the robust, comprehensive application development experience provided by PerfectForms. We are now installing the on-premise version where we will transition from web service connection to a database into direct SQL connections.

The only negative points are a) very rarely the Flash player has broken and my work has been lost and b) the name "PerfectForms" does not fairly represent the scope of this lovely product.

For building slick, efficient user interfaces through to complex, enterprise database applications, PerfectForms has been just great. This is not just a forms generation product - it offers so much more.

In addition to having a great product on the rare occasions that support has been required, it has been quick and comprehensive.

Requests that normally took days, are now approved and moved along their route in record time. Requests are entered and submitted by the user rather than being manually enter by another staff person, sometimes creating a bottleneck at high volume times. Also, we like the idea that we can create new forms or tweak current forms in-house, saving us time and money. Customer Support for this product has been superior. This product is a must have for the 21st Century business!

We have utilized PerfectForms to a great extent in our organization. From using it for Help Desk requests, absence requests, surveys and voting, it has always worked great and been very easy to use.

We have saved a lot of time from being able to quickly create and update multipage validated forms with conditional workflow.

We used PerfectForms to automate a slow and paper-intensive approval process while simultaneously enhancing data-retrieval and reporting.

Perfectforms has now become part of our DNA and is used extensively throughout our group. They have helped us in halving our processing times with forms, helping us improve our efficiency and effectiveness. They improve the integrity of our processes and strengthens and tightens processes in the business. Compliance has improved and so has our productivity. If given a chance we would purchase the software again.

PerfectForms has been an excellent solution for our interactive web-based form needs. Nearly every department I have worked with to set up a PerfectForms web form solution has been pleased with the results. We only have a good problem now. I cannot get to all the new project requests fast enough.

PerfectForms has allowed us to convert a slow, paper-based approval process to a more timely and efficient digital one. Our first project converted our existing field trip approval process to PerfectForms. Rather than waiting days while shuttling or faxing paper documents to 22 different school buildings, we now approve most field trips within 24 hours. We no longer have to enter data from the forms multiple times for analysis as each department has a report that allows them to view the data that is essential for their operation. We look forward to converting several other forms and workflows to PerfectForms this summer.

We implemented Perfect Forms 2 years ago to implement a special pricing request and approval system for quoting. We had looked at a number of vendors in the space and chose Perfect Forms based on functionality and ease of use.

The business rules, the form itself and the approval logic were all very complex - and we also needed to integrate Perfect Forms with our CRM and Order Processing systems - but despite these challenges and the high volume of requests, the product has delivered and we have been very happy with our decision - and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Perfect Forms for complex workflow applications.

PerfectForms is easy to use to create online forms for just about any use. Our school district has the ability to create simple surveys using our website's content management system, but for more complicated processes, our go-to application is PerfectForms. We're able to create forms with multistep workflows, document attachments, all sorts of things! PerfectForms is very flexible. Their support services have also been great to work with. Whenever there's something we can't figure out how to do, they're very quick to respond with a solution.

PerfectForms has helped to simplify and make available, on-line from anywhere on any device, several paper forms. Processes for the various forms we have designed are now streamlined and more efficient because of the flexible design capabilities of PerfectForms.

With PerfectForms, we took a manual paper process for a group of volunteers all over the state, who had different operating systems, hardware, and browsers and created a "21st Century" easy to use and secure activity reporting system. We designed a Summary Report as a dashboard for supervisory staff to access and review individual form instances and keep track of the form as it flowed through its several stages. The basic design and implementation was done without needing IT staff. But when glitches have occurred, the support team at PerfectForms has always come to our rescue quickly and competently. The system is now in its fifth year and still growing as we find other new things we can add to our solution.

Our decision to use PerfectForms for our third generation of electronic forms has been a great one. The system is stable, flexible, and easy to learn. At the same time were able to keep the same look and feel as our second generation forms tool we were able to enhance how the forms work using the built in workflow processes which have reduced the cost of processing the information. BNE operates 334 fast food restaurants and use PerfectForms to collect all types of information from our restaurants from tracking equipment repairs to approving vacation requests.

An exceptional piece of software. It has allowed my company to save time and money. The workflow management tool has been a key function in improving operation efficiency and the application building software it simple to use.

As the title says, PerfectForms has developed a powerful workflow routing platform capable of handling everything from easy to complex business processes.

We evaluated several competing solutions; none were as easy work with as PerfectForms. We have been using the on-demand solution since ~2012 and it has worked reliably, with one or two major bugs that were ultimately resolved by PerfectForms' support staff. Documentation, although detailed enough to get you started, doesn't cover some of the advanced setups we needed. We were able to figure things on our own or with the help of support. We plan to upgrade to the on-premise solution as it delivers greater flexibility than their hosted solution.

Bottom line, good product, people and value. I recommend it!

I have been working with PerfectForms for about 3 years now and they are a great partner, not only a vendor. PerfectForms allows us to not only take our forms paperless, but also allows us to create process solutions. With issues that arise, PerfectForms helps us navigate the best solutions to ensure that our forms stay up and running. We have looked at other vendors, but none have given us the flexibility and custom personalization that other companies provide. Custom workflow capabilities allow us to take even our most complicated forms from paper to paperless. you are looking for a great product to take your forms paperless, this is it!

My organization has used PerfectForms for several years now, starting with their On-Demand offering and then moving to their On-Premise option. I’ve been very happy with the solution. We had a business need to be able to develop web-based, workflow driven e-forms and we didn’t want to need a programmer to do the work. PerfectForms’ drag and drop interface provides us with such functionality. We’ve deployed simple and complex forms, all with varying degrees of work effort. Our forms have been developed by full-time staff, technical folks and even student assistants. As long as you know your business process, can articulate your rules and think logically, you’ll be able to develop a powerful workflow. I’d also like to note that I’ve gotten some of the best customer support form their team, something I greatly value in a vendor. While no tech solution is truly "perfect", PerfectForms tries very hard to live up to their name.
