Do NOT use. Faulty installation but chasing for final payment. Will not fix the door until final payment is made. Payment cant be made when its not been fitted properly. I even have an email to say its not fitted properly but they wont fix it until I pay. Now threatening further action. I am not being unreasonable! It was a lot of money. As for Holly - useless. People warned me about using them and her and I did not listen. I complained about her and since then get a barrage of abusive threatening emails.

I could not recommend this company enough. I have recently had my conservatory roof replaced. From my very first contact with the salesman and all the way through with all tradesman and office staff to the end , the communication has been brilliant from all parties all the way through. The time keeping of all the tradesman spot on if they said a time that would be exactly when they arrived. The workmanship from all trades has been brilliant. Has transformed my conservatory into a livable space

We have just had our windows, front door and replacement glass replaced and fitted by perfecta. They had also carried out some work for my parents so came recommended. We did encounter some issues with damaged glass and the door lock however the repairs team were prompt at sorting this out (one issue, same day!) the fitters were very efficient and tidy. I would recommend Perfecta!

after contacting several window company's we choose Perfecta windows ,paul the sales guy came out to discuss what we needed in a window ,
the front window is a 3 sided bay ,Paul also gave a choice on styles so we were able to customise what was wanted [quarter top opening on bay sides] & a full picture window for middle , we wanted something a bit different from the rest in the street of victorian houses [which nearly all had half & half windows ] Paul also invited us to visit the showroom so we could see the quality of the windows which we did there was no pushines [as with some other company's to sign up there and then] and the price quoted for 5 windows was very good & in the end we decided to upgrade to triple glazing which was very cost effective option [given the windows were a very reasonable price to start with ] paul gave us a price straight up with out all the faff of discounts & special offers other window sales people gave us & it was very competitive in comparison.
a surveyor was sent out to measure and check the frames & make sure everything was viable before proceeding ,the order was put in & we paid a deposit of i think about 30% of the total cost of windows [but this standard across the industry i found out]
we were given a date for our window installation within a week or so & it was about a month later they were fitted at a time & day to suit ourselves, on the day the fitters turned up promptly & proceeded to fit the windows unfortunately one of the windows had a flaw , and could not be sorted out as it was a saturday, but contacted holly the receptionist who sorted it out for us and sent Andy the manager out to check the flaw with the window & make sure everything was as good as it should be , the window was replaced virtual the next day by the installers Jack & Alper who were professional & friendly [they did the initial installation ] everything was left clean & tidy & we had Beautiful sparkling windows i give this company 100% score as they did as was requested [ & i am very ,very fussy about detail ] so top score for presentation, price & quality & in a very timely manner -exception company & staff made the whole process a positive one , Thank you to Perfecta Windows.
