I feel better communication when signing on new customers is important. Also explained when refunding or charging more money for policy would be helpful. They do offer good policies with many levels of coverage which is good.

Raised my insurance cost by 65%, without notifying my agent. Consequently my mortgage payment was not made in full and late pay penalty applied. Not cool.

Great company for affordability..
I was looking in the internet for better homeowners insurance since my existing company kept going higher every year. My payments now are so significant lower then the other company.
