I was called for a follow up on my order, I advise SEVERAL pens did not work and there was no ink in them. I was asked to send a video of the pens not working. Ridiculous who is going to lie about that. Please do not contact to discuss

People like these pens. Wish the yellow was not gold as yellow is our company logo color and the gold is not attractive to us; also, clients noted that they loved the yellow because it stood out on their desks (when it was available in the past). But the product is as described, sturdy and works well.

These pens are nowhere near as good as those I purchased from you last time and these pens cost TWICE AS MUCH! I don't want them .. especially because I ordered matching bandanas that finally arrived and they are horrible. They are NOT bandana material at all. It 100% polyester and terrible quality. Waiting for a return call so that I can speak with your company.
