We have loved these pens for years. Nice to hold and write with, however, the ink is different than previous years. It does not flow as easily and when you first start to write, the ink does not write immediately. You need to do a scribble on separate paper before your write to get the ink flowing.

My logo is already set up, so the fact that you re-charge me after offering a low-price offer. I feel like it's a "bait and switch" tactic. This pen is not as smooth and fluid, when it writes, as the first version I ordered. This is probably my past order. Not to mention they don't last long either.

Pens showed up and some were missing our printed logo and some were misprinted. Also having issues with the ink. Seems low after just a few uses. Will not be ordering again.
