A few of my orders the pocket clips were missing and last order I was missing 16 pens. It says add pictures. How do I take a picture of missing pens

We love the pens. The only issue we had was that we paid for 2-day shipping, and the pens arrived approximately 5 days later. We had an event and were planning to distribute them at the event, but couldn't.

These pens are the best pens that we have ever used. We buy them every year for our flu shot campaign. The quality is extremely good and the value is exceptional.
