Have ordered many times before with no problems. Ordered a set on the 9th March, still no order received or a refund. Stupidly paid by bank transfer so no chance of getting my money back.

Hello, and thanks for stopping by here at Penny and Hound, where we specialize in handmade Dog Collars UK, Dog Leads, Dog Harness and Accessories. We have been up and running for the last 4 years due to you continued custom and support, something that I am forever grateful for. I started off the business as Sparkles Dog treats back in 2014, originally doing customized dog bowls, walking bags, toys etc. Unfortunately, this just didn't take off. However - every cloud has a silver lining. I did a doggy stall in Staffordshire, and whilst it wasn't as successful as i'd hoped, I did manage to purchase a sewing machine. That's where things took off. I originally self taught dog bandanas, then onto Dog Collars. From there, i just learnt and learnt, dedicated all of my time to other products, and here I am today doing Dog Leads, Harnesses and Dog Accessories like Bow Ties and Flower attachments. I absolutely love what i do, and the name derives from my own Dog, Penny, as she is a beagle...hence the "HOUND"...... I put hours of effort into every order to ensure your expectations are met 100%. I use a range of fabrics and buckle types and I constantly look to new ideas to guarantee customer satisfaction. Orders do usually take 2-3 weeks unless specified in the clearance section, but this is only down to the fact I make to order. Every order that comes through is hand made from scratch, and I pride myself on the work that I do. Some may say its a bit "OTT", but I'm a perfectionist and like to ensure all Dog Collars, Dog Leads and Harnesses etc are the best they can be, prior to dispatch. Amazing
I have bought many collars, leads, bowties and bows from Penny and Hound. The orders are always made to perfection, sammy is absolutely amazing at hand making each order to such a high standard and great quality materials that last. I get so many compliments on my dogs accessories. Any queries are answered straight away and nothing is too much trouble. Customer service is top notch. I'm forever checking the website for new designs to spoil my pups with, it's an addiction! Pippin and Bonbon wouldn't wear anything else! All my sets still look brand new even though they've been through the washing machine untold amounts and have been covered in mud and sand and in the sea and god knows what else! No other brand compares to penny and hound!

You need Penny and Hound in your life!
This is the third time I have purchased from Penny and Hound. The collars and leads I’ve brought each time are absolutely beautiful. The quality is amazing, so much so that my last purchase was years ago, so proof that they last soooo long.
I understand some people don’t like the wait time (3weeks) but all I can say is “good things come to those who wait”, be patient these Penny and Hound products are definitely worth the wait.
Penny and Hound products are amazing, fantastic quality, beautifully made and DO NOT compare to any other doggie products, that I’ve come across .

Saffron Spice Harness
I have just purchased the beautiful saffron spice harness for my dog and all I can say is it is beautiful! Our beagle looks stunning in it, the quality is amazing and you get what you pay for and the service was 10/10. The communication was excellent and it was well worth the wait. We will certainly be purchasing more items in the future.

I ordered 2 collars and 2 bows & Can I just say how amazing the collars and bows are. They are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!
I've been wanting to order for months but kept putting it off as I didnt know my dogs actual sizes (which I will say your collar guide size etc was brilliant made it so easy) and because I'm fussy and like them to be matching designs but different colours.
BUT OMG they are amazing beautiful and went far past my expectations. I'm actually in love with them. It's the first time in years I've been able to find matching collars with different colours that are actually beautiful. I just adore them honestly.

If your looking to purchase anything off this lady I highly recommend you doing so. Honestly you wont be disappointed they are amazing. The price isn't bad either 😉

Definitely recommend Penny and Hound, my matching set is perfect. Quality is amazing and beautifully made. Very helpfull, especially when I needed a replacement piece for my harness has I lost it, sent it out straight away. Would never get my leads etc from anywhere else now 😊

Great quality products, in a vast variety of fabrics to choose from, which is very hard to decide as they all are so lovely. There is something for everyone. Affordable prices too, for the awesome work produced! Sammy is lovely, very helpful and is definitely committed to her business, and brings out a cheery/inviting atmosphere, which I have had issues with some similar companies before I ordered from her. I had 100% confidence in purchasing products from her, and has not left me disappointed. 100% recommend and will for sure be ordering more from her in future.
