Deliveries to the US are expensive indeed but this way of shipment as we choose to do garantees a fast and sure delivery within 5 days. For many customers the advantage of not paying the tax which covers a large part of the shipment costs is important to decide buying at our site.

Dear miss,
Thank you for your review on trustpilot and your constructive critic. We do use DHL because many clients do ask for a fast delivery as DHL delivered your shipment within 5 days after ordering. However it is always possible to send it in a different way with the normal post. It is true that this is less expensive but our experience shows that to Canada and other overseas areas the time of delivery can go up till 1 month or more. Customs is maybe less frequent with the normal post but can happen there as well. Also the percentage of loss is above the 10 % with the normal post. Out of this reason we do not recomend the normal post but we are always open for any suggestion or wish from our clients.
