I can honestly say as a business owner, moving over from our previous supplier to PenCarrie was by far one of the best decisions myself and my wife have made this year for our little independent business.
They consistently go above and beyond for us as a business, their customer service team are a credit to the company consistently far exceed my expectations. I called only yesterday to speak to Sophie whom contacted us via email shortly after we attended PenCarries most recent branding event. I would remised if I did not say was for me and my wife was a highlight of the year we were kindly invited to by another of their representatives Olesya Isupova.
It genuinely felt that Sophie did everything that she could to help me and as usual solved it quickly.
the entire team deserves nothing but accolade they are a pleasure to work with and they will continue to have Camerons Crafts as a customer indefinitely.

Always so helpful and so nice on the phone. They know what I need and are on the job even before I had to go through explaining everything. I ordered last night at 7pm id say....just had a notification saying itll be here today! Wasn't expecting that at all as I was sure it was way past the deadline! So so impressed!!

Great Service as always
Working with Pencarrie is always easy. With such a huge selection of products on offer, there are occasions when I need a little support to find exactly what I’m looking for. Today, I called and spoke with Sarah. I explained that I was struggling to locate a specific product, and within seconds, she found exactly what I needed, helping me secure a large sale.
But she didn’t stop there. Sarah then explained how she found it so quickly on the website, so next time I need to search for something specific, I can locate the information easily myself.
