Very pleasant young woman & a comfortable ride.

I just booked a pick up in September.
They did follow up on the booking which is good.

We had a ride from Heathrow Airport to our accommodation in London. The service was excellent and exceeded our expectations. All our queries were answered fully upon booking the service via email. This was indeed very helpful. The help desk service is amazing with different and prompt methods of communication (including phone, WhatsApp and email). The quote was competitive.

On the day of arrival, the drivers arrived exactly on time and received us in arrivals. We were a large group, but the drivers managed to help everyone into the cars and to load the luggage in no time.

The cars were clean and air-conditioned. The drivers were nice and very professional.

The whole experience was excellent. I highly recommend this service, excellent service with a competitive fare.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Jessica from Pegasus called me this morning to cancel a booking for tomorrow morning, that they accepted months ago, leaving my young family and I with less than 24 hours to sort an alternative transfer. She told me the reason for cancelling was that it was too far for the drivers to come - I don’t understand why they accepted the booking in the first place then?! When I asked for their name and details to make a complaint, she hung up on me. Horrific customer service. Avoid this company at all costs!
