I ordered a mural that was large palms leaves. We got the walls and room prepped. The order arrived and when I unrolled the last roll it had creases from being rolled up all the way down the roll. They replaced the order. We got the order and finally found time to put it up again and got two of the four rolls put up perfectly. The third roll would not line up no matter how I tried. I higher a professional and the gave up and quit saying it would not look right and I would not be happy with the result. I contacted the company several times. Their response was that no wallpaper ever lined up perfectly so I should just get it as close as possible. The design are big lines across the entire wall. If it doesn’t line up it is really obvious. I only did one more roll because it would have only gotten worse and I didn’t want to take the whole thing down. I wish I could post pictures of how this looked. It was also very expensive. One wall was more than three hundred dollars down the drain.

I loved being able to choose all the colours in my wallpaper. I chose paste the wall, due to the nature of my walls and the paper is lovely quality. The instructions were easy to follow and the paper easy to apply, especially with the handy little smoothing tool provided. We did hit a snag with the first batch, as there had been a fault in the printing process but customer service was excellent. They responded very quickly to the concern I raised (with photographic evidence provided at point of raising) and provided a speedy replacement.
Can't fault them. Thank you! Would definitely use again.

Update: After some back-and-forth with the company, I’ve realized my sticking issues were due to a material mismatch. I love the ability to customize colors—it’s a fabulous feature—but please note: If your walls have any texture (like orange peel), the standard "Peel & Stick Paper" likely won't hold. You definitely need to select the Vinyl option.

I wish this distinction was more prominent on the order page rather than tucked away in the specs, but now that I know the secret, I’d consider ordering again for the design quality alone. Just do your homework on the materials first!
