Pearl Lemon Catering handled the catering for our wedding, and they did an excellent job. The staff was professional, the food was delicious, and the presentation was elegant. Our guests were impressed, and we were too.

After making contact regarding a relatively small afternoon tea event that I was organising, initial contact was friendly and professional but the copy and paste emails I then started receiving were peppered with errors which should have alerted me to the lack of organisation at the company.
I spoke with the company on the day before the event, just to confirm payment (in full) had been received, everything was ready and we were good to go.
On the day of the event... nothing. As we got closer and closer to the time, I started trying to make contact, but couldn't reach anyone. Eventually, my office made contact, only to be told that the event had been cancelled due to oven issues. The organiser had called our office at 7:46am to tell us, but obviously hadn't reached anyone but had also left no message! An email apology was later sent, but this was all far too late.
To have hungry people arrive at the event with no warning that nothing would be there was devastating and professionally embarrassing. This should never have happened and wouldn't have if the company was able to manage in a less amateur way. Avoid this company.

Great barista service at our event. Axel was very professional, he came in on time, managed his workstation and handled any problems that arose very well, the customers loved him. The coffee was delicious, very high quality, premium drinks were made. Highly reccomend this service to anyone searching for a great coffee add-on to your event.
