I’ve been told my laundry basket needs to be “in use” to stand upright by itself. In other words I can’t ever empty my laundry basket. Very disappointed because this is not what was shown in the ad

I found this store while searching for something different for my living room shelves. There was a good mix of pieces and I ended up ordering two instead of one. Both arrived safely with plenty of protection in the box. I was also able to follow the shipment without any issues.

I was mainly browsing for something to put on a console table and liked that the collection had quite a few designs that were not the usual stuff I keep seeing elsewhere. Ordering was easy and the product photos were useful for judging the size. The parcel turned up securely packed with no damage. The piece itself looks good in the room and feels properly made.

Do not shop here. They do not supply refunds for faulty products. I bought lamps, wasn’t super impressed with the lamp as you can’t Change the globe and it’s a USB plug in, but decided that it was fine and chalked it up to bad research on my end. But then the lamp after a few weeks started flickering and nothing I could do would make it work. I reached out for a solution and I was informed that they could provide a replacement, but “no refunds for faulty products”. I agreed to this but I wanted to know if it is faulty again, can I please have a refund then… I was informed that a replacement or store credit would be offered. Customer service is terrible and the products are cheap.. Even if the item is pure trash, not functioning, or electronically dangerous in my case, you will not receive a refund.

Absolute crap. Ordered a kettle and its so tiny its like an ornament. Took nearly a month to get it, first one was apparently damaged and had to be re sent. Not impressed. I want a refund

I purchased 2 door mats, the colour is nothing like on the website, and the quality is crap. I do not recommend.

**Horrible company and awful quality.**

I purchased a rug which was advertised as a quality product, only to find that it is made from nylon. Worse, the rug arrived faulty, with obvious permanent crease marks that did not disappear even after being laid completely flat for seven days. I supplied photographs clearly showing the fault.

Trying to arrange a return has been incredibly difficult, despite being well within the advertised return period. I was then told I would be responsible for the cost of returning the faulty product to China.

The product is faulty, the return process is unnecessarily difficult, and the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I would absolutely not recommend this company. Think very carefully before purchasing.
