Gareth was prompt and communicated the process well, so I knew what to expect. He was courteous, positive, tidy and calm which was a great comfort for a family with young children.
He dealt efficiently with the large wasps nest that was located in an area which was difficult to access without a fuss or charged a very reasonable fee.
There isn't anything negative or that I see that needs improvement, but we did pay him more than he charged because he deserved more.
I have no hesitation in recommending this business to others or contracting them when the need arises.

I am very impressed with Peacocks Pest Control who I have been using for the past year. They provide a complete investigation and treatment service at a reasonable price and will not stop until the pest problem has been eradicated. The founder and owner, Gareth, is a qualified and experienced biologist and pest control expert who takes the time and trouble to investigate the cause of the pest problem ((rats, mice, bees, wasps) before explains the treatment plan and implementing the solution. In my case , apart from laying traps, this also included preventative measures such as installing or repairing door draft excluders or repairing masonry cracks where mice might enter.

I have been so impressed that I have regular visits from Gareth to ensure effective pest management.

I had a problem with a rat(s)? getting into my attic.
Gareth set up traps and two cameras to identify where they were gaining entry. One rat caught.
They seem to be coming from my neighbours property, who refuses entry. so unable to fully identify entry point.
As of now no further sign of entry has been found.

I had rats under floorboards which had gnawed through pipes, so no hot water or heating! Gareth put baited traps, (no poison) & also identified how they got in. He knows what he talks about, and is very personable.
After 2 visits, I am now rat free!

We discovered a wasps nest late on a Friday afternoon and Gareth arrived after sunset, prepared himself and carried out a successful destruction and clearing of the invasion. Excellent service at such short notice.
