I have sold twice now with Peachtree Properties and also recently bought a house through them.

Stacy has always been professional, friendly, efficient and consistently gone over and above my expectations every time.

One of the things I value most is their communication. They kept in regular contact and provided updates every step of the way, so I never felt left in the dark. That level of transparency and reliability makes such a difference during what can often be a stressful process.

My most recent sale was far from easy. The house sale fell through more than once, and there was the constant worry that I might lose my new home. It was an incredibly stressful and upsetting time. Throughout it all, Amanda and Lilly consistently went that extra mile. They kept me fully informed, stepped in where others fell short, and handled everything with genuine care, dedication, and professionalism.

Their reassurance, hard work, and unwavering commitment made an enormous difference to me. I truly felt supported every step of the way.

I would never sell with anyone else going forward and will wholeheartedly and confidently recommend Peachtree Properties to anyone looking for truly exceptional service.

I feel that my experience with Peachtree on more than one instance of purchasing a house has left me very disappointed and upset.

I feel that they were misleading and dismissive of me bringing up issues that in the end went unresolved.

To me it felt that there was something not right and I then discovered that the house they sold belonged to someone in their family.

The experiences with their home reports carried out by Allied Surveyors had left me feeling mislead. Their categories score very high but in fact when the home report was carried out by a separate surveyor, the high scores were discovered not to be 1’s which we felt was a failure in duty of care. It left me feeling suspicious and unable to trust both Peachtree and Allied Surveyors when serious faults were discovered in the property at a first glance when I received the keys.

My impression of the home reports and the presentation of the properties I purchased through social media was that it was not an accurate representation.

A house is the biggest purchase you will potentially ever make in your life. To be mislead about what you are purchasing is extremely upsetting and disappointing when you receive the keys and discover serious faults. I feel that it is a complete failure and misrepresention.

In my experience I would recommend to do thorough research and be very careful if you are dealing with an estate agent. Challenge the home report and be very diligent when viewing a property. First time buyers especially.

In the future I will not be viewing any properties by them and sharing my experience friends and family to inform them.
