Why don't we have this in Holland?
Why don’t we have this service in Holland? That’s what I want to know. On my business trip to the UK this last month, I kept receiving the same annoying message on chrome telling me to call one of these other scam tech support “Microsoft” companies and each time I closed the window, it would re-open. With some random computer virus voice. So a friend recommended me this free hotline to call in the UK, they instructed me to click prevent this box from coming up again and problem solved in less than 3mins. Best part of the service is it cost me nothing. There were no spam emails, no hard sales pitch, just one quick email at the end to ask if I was happy with the service that I received and if I needed advice again to just let them know. They do offer premium services of all kinds but it seems that they would rather have your recommendation than sell you something you may not need.
If I get any further issues again, they are first on my list. Great service. This is how the technical support industry should work.
