Fraudulent company. Avoid
This is a fraudulent organization which I am reaching out to my lawyer to sue. I attempted to purchase a laptop from Best Buy. The payment did not go through due to the payment exceeding my daily limit. However, a day later, I receive an email from this dealer stating that they will continue attempting to process the payment. I replied to that email informing them i do not wish to purchase the laptop since I already another one via another company. Few day later, I receive another email stating that the payment has gone through and that the laptop has been shipped. I right away called best buy and advised them that I do not wish to purchase the laptop and that I want the shipment to be reversed, as well as the charge to be also reversed back to my credit cards. Best Buy's representative assured me that they have communicated with this dealer to request a cancelation of the delivery and a refund for my payment. I was also given a case number. Today, I received another email stating that the laptop has been delivered and attached a picture of the delivery. I do mot know what happened to the laptop, I was not notified of the delivery nor was I asked to sign on it, nor did the delivery staff knock or my door. I did not take delivery of the laptop.
