Fantastic experience.Sorted my printer issue out in 5 minutes!!

Jon setup my new macbook Air from scrtach as I am not particularly computer literate.We had a nice chat about life in general and a laugh. I will continue to use Jon in future.

I do not recommend this service.

Jon came to my house, looked at the computer, and then took the desktop away. He told me the issue was that the computer would only accept Windows 10 and asked if he could erase the main drive to install it — I agreed. He later emailed me saying my computer was ready.

Because I was going on annual leave, I drove 30 miles to collect it. When I asked if the computer was sorted and if I owed anything more, he said no and told me the upgrade wasn’t worth it. But when I got home, I discovered nothing had been done to the computer at all.

When I called him, he said it was a “miscommunication” and agreed to come back to install and fix it properly, but he never replied to my confirmation email and didn’t follow through.

Very unprofessional experience, a complete waste of time and money.
