I've been using the Hit and Run system for a while now but haven't bought direct from the PB website, usually using my local tackle shop
I ordered the new inline lead kits online and they are fabulous. Delivery was super speedy and comms are great keeping you up to date. Items arrived in three days. I made a second order for a few bits for a France trip in May. Stupidly I ordered the wrong items. I contacted PB through the website and Martijn, pretty much responded straight away and on his own time looking at the time of the reply. I think he is based in Holland. He passed me on to Jonathan in the UK he rang me and basically passed me his home address to return the items to save messing around and he would send out the bits that I should of ordered. I just wanted to say what fantastic customer service, The chaps at PB went above and beyond to rectify an issue that was my making. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Not just for the innovative products but also the way they treat their customers. Top drawer. Hopefully I'll catch some units in Vive La France.

Fantastic products, I have ordered in the UK via distributor in past. This was my first order via there European distribution centre, delivery was first class arrived on schedule safely packed

Great service fast delivery first class product

Was sceptical as only bank transfer payment is possible. But was in contact with the store, they reply promptly. Also, the pb-direct.eu online store is subsidy of Prof-Tools which is a brick and mortar (physical) store in Switzerland. Overall, I can recommend the store even if the brank transfer may seem shady, it's a legit.

Just received my first order from the new webshop. Nice, easy process. Webshop is easy to navigate and the whole process was straightforward. I am a pb products team member and we used to have to email our order which took time looking up all the item numbers and writing them down. This way is so much easier. Nice one guys.

I got use some of the pb products at my friend's lake in France this year and everything I used was top quality and so well thought out and different from the rest . I re spooled my reels with pb control line 18lb and I can honestly say best line I've ever used and I've tried most lines it's super thin super supple and cast like an absolute dream sinks extremely well and didn't have one knot or birds nest from it 🥳🥳 I used silk wire super strong hooks on a slip D with a curved kicker on there lead clip system. I had 4 beautiful carp biggest at 48lb every fish was absolutely nailed . My experience with the pb website was positive all the way and with great communication from John and advice fast delivery and nothing was a problem got some great free gifts 🎁 aswell and a person thanks for the business 😀 thanks again to the team at pb products again and I will be ordering with you again shortly
