The quality of the carpets is fantastic, nice thick soft carpet and underlay to.
Installation is usually an hour ive used them 3 times now and been satisfied every time. Even got some blind from there the quality of those was great to.

You have to pay 30% off before they will deliver a bed. My bed broke last night and I would need to wait 3 months to get a bed from this company. Not sure how I overlooked the 30% before delivery. The customer services guy understood how unhelpful this process was and cancelled my plan. Not bad people just a bad business model. I my humble opinion

Harry was great! Fantastic customer service and such a lovely guy from start to finish. His work was really well done and he was more than happy to answer any queries I had. This is my second time having flooring fitted by him and I’ve been really happy both times! 5⭐️ Highly recommend!!!

Carpet

I was helped by Andrew from local area and he was fantastic from start to finish. Helped me choose the carpet colour I wanted and all the setup was easy to do. Thank you so much

The workmen were very polite and worked efficiently, my blinds look amazing the only reason I gave four stars is because they didn’t clean up after themselves or take the rubbish

From the moment Terri walked in, she made the whole experience feel incredibly warm, friendly, and personable, so much so that we joked we wanted to adopt her! She has such a genuine, lovely nature which immediately put us at ease.
