Beware: You're Still Expected to Pay Even If Your Order Never Arrives
I'm extremely disappointed with how PayJustNow handled my case. Instead of helping protect a customer from a merchant that appears to have failed to deliver, they distanced themselves from the issue and placed the entire responsibility on me.
I logged an enquiry after a merchant failed to deliver my order and stopped responding to my messages. I asked PayJustNow to assist by investigating the matter and preventing any further payments while the dispute was being resolved. Instead, I was told they would not get involved, that I remain liable for the outstanding instalments, and that I should deal directly with the merchant.
As a payment provider that partners with merchants, I expected a more proactive approach when a customer raises concerns about a potentially fraudulent transaction. This experience has left me feeling unsupported and has significantly reduced my confidence in using PayJustNow in the future.
