Scam!!! Never delivered items and took money

This company take your order and your money and then do not deliver. Neither do they answer any of their emails.

Steer well clear from this company. Do not order from them

This company is a SCAM - they take your money, send you an email confirming your order and that's all you hear!
Sent them several emails asking where the goods were but no reply and now my credit card are involved.
Do yourself a favour and buy the item they are advertising from Amazon!!

I ordered from this company
They took my money but i have never received my order.
I chased customer services who emailed to say part of the order was despatched but nothing was ever received.
I kept emailling but no replies received

took my money no bed - shame as i bought one before and they were ok

Just been conned out of near £40 for a dog bed. Got a confirmation of order email but when nothing received. Chased the order by emails but the ones I sent bounced back. Today I checked the site and it looks like it’s unavailable surprise! surprise!
I am normally so careful but have been stitched up this time. BUYERS BEWARE !!!

I don’t very often write reviews but I’m this occasion I am going to. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY as it is a scam!! They take your money and do not deliver the goods. I have sent 4 emails asking about my order and absolutely no response. The site looks legitimate and I read their reviews which look authentic but must have been false reviews to go with the false site!! I will be checking trust-pilot in the future to try not to get scammed again!!!! Don’t give these scammers your money!!!! This site needs shutting down. They don’t deserve any start at all, just a red flag as a warning to avoid them but unfortunately you have to put a star.

Appalling how this company can get away with taking peoples money without sending the goods you ordered .. have emailed this company 3 times and still no reply and no dog beds ..

If I could give no stars I would. 10 weeks on and no sign of my order. Company do not respond to emails or messages. They just take your money. AVOID!!

Placed an order in October, items not received. It's all a con. I got my money back from my bank.

Needs to be shut down.

I too ordered a dog bed in May - no response to emails. I contacted Manchester’s trading standards to be fobbed off with redirection to CAB.
I wish I had read reviews!
Bought a bed from TK Maxx, identical to the one I ordered and £5 cheaper 👍

Disgusting, took money and ran. No replys to emails re £41 paid for undelivered dog blankets, Small Claims Court???
