I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a medium pet bed but realised on same day, I should have ordered a large. I emailed same day and 3 times in total but no response at all.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a dog bed nearly two months ago. I have not received the dog bed and I have email this company many many times with no reply. They have no other way of contacting them. No phone number and no address. Please please avoid this company if you can. Why do they think they have a right to peoples hard earn cash especially in this hard economic climate. I desperately want my money back. 😥

I ordered a bed in March. I received a shipment email in April and I have sent two complaint emails in May. Neither have been responded to and I am without the bed or a refund. Absolute joke of a company with horrific customer service. I knew the delivery times were a little bit longer than usual but to not even keep me up to date or respond to emails is such a poor show. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Save your cash and shop elsewhere!

AS with everyone else, I ordered a dog bed in mid-March and it never arrived. Emailed, requested refund online, tried their chat and two weeks later I still haven't heard anything. Given the number of messages I suspect it is either a scam or they have gone under and just taking money and hoping you won't request a chargeback. Avoid completely.

I have to give one star because no stars is not an option but maybe one that TrustPilot might action. I ordered a couple of items back in March and have not received them. They do not reply to emails, there is no contact number and just a PO Box number for an address. REPORTED to Trading Standards

If I could leave minus stars I would. This company is a joke. Does not respond to emails. There is no number for customer service to actually speak to someone. Ordered 2 dog beds in March and have not received anything. Checked on their “track your order” and was ready to ship on 14th April 2020. Emails have not been answered and I doubt I will ever see anything from this company. Avoid at all costs !! All you will be doing is throwing your money away. Trading standards is my next step !!!
