Dan, where do I start! Absolute credit to the team. Always super smiley and happy! Dan is always very realistic and genuine with her posts. Our first ever in person experience of the PPB team was Abbie, at Tatton Park she fitted Angus with the plaid pup harness and she was so personal and it was obvious to us that she loves everything about PPB and she clearly still does. Whilst PPB are asking their followers to leave reviews on here in exchange for being in with a chance of winning a prize, I thought I’d also post a review of my experiences.

I’ve have shopped here for many years. I shop here less now as the designs are getting less and less to my taste and their stories on social media don’t encourage and inspire me to buy like they used to. I feel they are aiming at a younger clientele and sadly I’m not getting younger. Just older.

The products I have had are amazing quality. They last and wash and wear super well and the products seem to be still of fantastic quality.

Totally addicted to pawsome paws boutique!! They week my dreams came true when my piglet dog bed arrived kne of my favourite Disney characters you have smashed it! Abbie can’t thank you enough for your words of wisdom in saying for the girls bed! You were getting so excited on the live on Friday for Christmas launch in your own you did amazing! You are so comfortable in the lives it shows through! You changed the Winnie the pooh blankets amazing and customer service was 100% on point ! Loved it and was hooked!! I myself went for Minnie Mouse as my fav and obvious pink! But seriously big shout out for your customer service a few weeks ago too when I had an isssue! Oh and yeah I won 15% of apik the wheel too! This broadcast made me buy 2 pairs of cycle shorts this morning !!! Love 🩷💕🫶🏻

Sophie and co are the absulutely best team ever!
I love the quality of the products, the fact that they have sizes for the itty bittys and the big puppers is a huge plus.
I even have PPB products in my puppy packs 💜
Cant reccomend them enough, its hard to find a harness that works with Dachshunds but PPB does and they have so many prints to choose from and to be able to have matching sets is a dream come true!

I highly reccomend them, I wont take responsibility if you get hooked tho 😂 (you will, trust me)

Once you go PPB, you never go back. 💜

Nat from customer service really helped me out when I had a lead that was damaged and had a replacement sent out to me asap! Was so happy that she managed to sort my issue so quickly and effectively.
Dan was super helpful with me at the sample sale and also at Crufts helping me decide which lead would be best for my dog out of the Piglet fabric lead or Piglet rope lead. Decided to try the rope lead after her recommendation and now it’s my favourite one I have!!
Naomi was amazing at the sample sale interacting with me and my dog, giving us puppuccinos and taking her time to chat with us. We travelled pretty far so she was letting me know what was local nearby🥰
They all take such great pride in what they do, have the best engagement on social media with their fans - regularly commenting on posts and interacting, the reps are so friendly too and have been chosen so well.
Please keep doing what you’re doing PPB and never change 😍
(But please maybe bring out Disney Princess or a Frozen design though soon 🤭🤭)

I would like to give this review to all of the girls at PPB that do the socials side, customers needs are ALWAYS attended to with pure kindness from all girls and this truly is what makes a company great with launch night being yesterday and Abbie being on live answering any questions about products showing the products and keeping us updated with the stock so we knew to get our hands on what we wanted! Char on the PPB team is totally fabulous I absolutely love and appreciate how much work goes into interacting with all the social posts and each comment genuinely puts a smile on my face. Also just love the entire look and feel of the social accounts that PPB have and I know Char is a huge part of the workings on their socials from planning to engaging with customers.

She is just fab at what she is doing and I love that she is living her social media job life dream too make me happy because it really shows how happy she is when she is on stories or engaging with others across the social platforms.

PPB consistently knock it out of the park with incredible quality, durability and customer interaction and care that is second to none. I can’t count how many lovely pink parcels have arrived to our door over the past few years, but one thing I can always count on is that my orders are always delivered so quickly, accurately and carefully. Never had any issues with receiving what I’ve ordered and always met with a lovely reply when I tag products on socials, their team are so on it and it really builds confidence for future purchases (which let’s be honest, we know will happen). Aside from the beautiful designs that are produced we are blown away by the quality every time too. As a rottweiler mama, it's always so important that the product is strong as well as good looking. The website shows the strength test abd the limits of each product. I'm yet to get anything I either don't line or breaks. The community on Facebook is a wonderful touch too. Everyone is so welcoming and the team are so helpful when needed. Communication is top and questions are answered thoroughly ❤️ we absolutely love PPB ❤️

Great quality products, always bringing out new additions to add to our PPB collection. The products are safe for your pets ie strength tested which makes me shop with confidence. Absolutely amazing company! Love that they cater for dogs of all sizes/breeds etc. Always outstanding customer service from the whole team! Quick dispatch and fast delivery and the packaging is super cute! All their products are excellent quality, the designs are so stunning and unique! I've ordered many times and everytime a parcel arrives I'm blown away by the how amazing the products are, the detail is just perfect! We feel so lucky to be a part of a fabulous dog community which PPB have created.

The products are always amazing and great quality. They always arrive very prompt and in lovely packaging.

There customer service is outstanding especially when I had a problem with an order the product was unfortunately faulty but it was delt with so well and quick made it so easy!

We got our first product from pets at home which was the chilli lead and we loved it! Then We made our first order on Tuesday 22nd October and it came on Friday 25th October which was quick! The product was a tough trails harness, a lead and a poop bag holder all are AMAZING quality and we're obsessed especially with the harness! Great people who run PPB so kind I definitely recommend. We'll 100% be purchasing more products soon!
