My order never arrived.

STILL WAITING FOR MY MERCHANDISE, A RESPONSE or ANY FORM of COMMUNICATION. GETTING READY TO REPORT THEM TO FACEBOOK

It has been over a month since I placed my order. You have charged my credit card. I HAVE NOT received my merchandise. I have emailed Customer Support DAILEY. I have not received a response. SEND ME MY MERCHANDISE or ISSUE A REFUND.

After 2 weeks, I still haven't received my order!
Very misleading that this toy would ship from CA. It is actually coming directly from China. Never would have ordered it if I had known that.
Your website says free shipping and then I see I have been charged 4.99 for shipping and insurance. Very dishonest.
I will never order anything from this company again. Would give zero stars if it was possible.

We wanted a good size bed, the size is perfect for our growing Pascal! The memory foam with the waterproof liner is very impressive! Pascal loves the bed and so do we. It stays in place and it also has grip handle to move the bed easily. Delivered as promised.

I had ordered a donut bed for my dog and the bed is of good quality, soft and really good for the small size. The shipping was fast and would definitely recommend it!

I seriously doubted that the dog bed would last as advertised. I bought the bed for him for Christmas and figured if it goes the way of his other beds, it will have a hole in it by early January! Here it is, almost March and no holes!! I'm amazed. He doesn't chew on his beds, he sucks on them (nursing I guess) and soon there is a hole. I highly recommend this bed, it's well worth the price.

You should accept returns regardless of reason especially if the size is incorrect!!!

I received an offer to get in touch with Pawsi Clawsi to exchange the two dog beds that are too small but Pawsi Clawsi has ignored me.

I placed an order with Magic Paws last night and kept checking for a confirmation email. This morning I clicked on 'chat' with a rep and my problem was solved very quickly. My emails were going into my spam folder where I never thought of looking. Thank you Magic Paws!! I'm just waiting to receive my order now!

BUYER BEWARE! This product is not as advertised. We purchased a dog bed for our dog who is very rough with his beds. Rips and chews them apart almost immediately. This was advertised as chew proof with a 14 day warranty. Our tough little man had this chew proof bed torn apart in minutes. We contacted this company with our problem and were told they stand by their product and also advised how amazing their product is. Well we put it to the test and it failed. 14 day warranty was flat out denied. We are disputing this product. PLEASE shop around if your baby is tough on their beds like ours.

Haven’t received my order
no updates or replies to emails

Placed an order two weeks ago. Shipping never updated. Had to write to support several times before ever hearing back. For some reason they kept calling me too trying to get me to “finish purchasing the pet bed” I had in my cart even though the order was finalized. Just a weird site and unprofessional.

Love this pet store! They have great stuff, deliver super fast, and their customer service rocks. 5 stars all the way!
