Towels work really well. Quick dry and soft. Fast delivery. Would recommend for dogs that love to get muddy

Responded to an advert on FB as looking for something to help with all the mud and sand my dog loves to leave everywhere. Never thought one towel would be any better than any other but thought I would try it and see. Ordered pack of 4. Arrived very quickly. Exactly as described. Nice and soft. The best thing is they do actually work so much better than regular towels. They are lighter, dry quicker, softer and work really well. Great help to me and Ted can enjoy the mud again

As good as they say!!

When these towels arrived I thought - 'how can they possibly work?'. They felt thin and I was very dubious. I eat my words...these are miraculously absorbant....thank goodness I bought four!!

Took the money, but goods not sent

I have had a similar experience to others - placed an order on 2 Oct 2022 - received email that order was received, and payment was taken but then complete silence and nothing ever received.

I am sorry that it was not made clear to you that the drying bag you ordered was a pre-order to be dispatched today ( the end of the month).

Your order will leave today and to apologise for the confusion I will send a free shampoo. This should compliment your order perfectly.

Brilliant dog towels

Brilliant towels for drying my dogs, work really well, easy to wash and dry.

I also use them in my couch and on my camper van seats. Much better than a “throw”

They let you order out of stock products and have awful customer service

**Edit - As you can see below, they have now responded and apologised for the email and delay… So, I’ve increased from the 1 star to 3 for the customer service - I haven’t received the product yet, so can’t give any feedback on that yet!

I ordered a cooling pad from them on the 10th Oct (they took the money and emailed me an order confirmation), but I didn’t hear anything else from them about delivery.
I chased them on Tuesday, didn’t hear anything, so chased again today and this was their response:

Hope you and your lovely dog are well?
I don't think we have any :(
I've just checked.
Not sure how you've managed to order this haha

Unfortunately on my part, my reply to your email was not scripted particularly well and had a few errors.

I am checking if we have one to send to you (not checked). If I do not we will be sending you a free new and improved one once it is ready. We are currently improving them as we had a few issues with the grey ones this summer. 💕

I have since located a cool mat to ship and this will leave free of charge for the confusion. I have also asked if your dog would like to try one of our award winning towels and will await your response before shipping to you.

I very much care about all our customers and their dogs but unfortunately mistakes happen from time to time. Paws crossed we can turn your Paws & Presto experience into a positive one!

Paws n Presto Towels - Fantastic product

My daughter and I (and sister) have bought quite a number of the micro-fibre towels. My daughter for her Sprocker, and for use in her caravan; my sister and I for OURSELVES, for use in our tent/Motorhome. We borrowed a couple of Megs, much to her disgust (we did return them) to try in our Motorhome. I now have a few and use them as dish towels, personal towels etc. Why? They are soft, absorbent, dry the dishes and us very efficiently, and themselves quickly. No more damp towels!! Oh, and my daughter says they are just as good for dogs!!
Delivery was exceptional! I ordered the ones for my sister while away, as there was a 3-5 day delivery. Great, I’ll be home then. They arrived the next day, so my daughter had to hide them from her Sprocker!
Tom and Digby are extremely helpful, and I would thoroughly recommend them and the towels to dog owners, campers in all units, even for use in the home.

Excellent - I have been using the large drying…

I have been using the large drying towel on my comfort doodle. Golden retriever, cocker spaniel, poodle cross so she has a very thick coat like a sponge. This towel is amazing it dries her coat in minutes, leaves her coat fluffy, soft and dry. She no longer has a damp coat which used to leave her beds damp, so she is nice and warm. I will be purchasing the drying coat next as I am sure this will be of the same quality. Would highly recommend getting this for your dog if they like going out in all weathers.

Disappointing product, poor service

Bought a cool mat which seemed good quality at first and my dog loved it, however it split within a month and the gel started leaking out. They’re obviously not tough enough to withstand dog claws. Disappointed as it wasn’t cheap, and I never received a response from customer services.

Hi Beth, first of all I’m grateful you have taken time to provide us with some feedback. This allows us to improve as a company.

We have encountered some issues with some of our cooling mats (primarily grey) and we are in the process of improving them at the moment. That’s why they are currently not available on our website.

I am sorry that no one has come back to you sooner. As the owner I should have ensured that this was dealt with in a timely manner and I take responsibility for that.

To say sorry, I would like to ship your dog some winter items to highlight how quality of our products are exceptional 99% of the time.

Updated review of paws and presto

I originally left a low score review due to my purchasing experience, which I was disappointed with having bought with paws and presto for the first time. Tom got In touch with me and was very apologetic, explaining the catalogue of issues the company has had. I appreciate the impact reviews have on independent businesses, which I’m always keen to support, and Tom has managed to turn my review around with an attentive phone call and gestural gift for my dogs which is really kind. I hope with the new fulfilment supplier I will become a regular customer of paws and presto in the future

Missing delivery, no tracking or contact available

Placed my order 8 days (6 working days) ago with no delivery or order update. The UK is in a heatwave and we ordered two cooling Matt's for our puppy to help him through. You haven't updated the tracking information, replied to my email or provided another way to contact you. This feels like a scam, please can someone reply and update me?

***Original post 15th August, update 29th August - thanks for the refund after chasing, commenting on your social posts and this review. No reply still, but atleast I got refund

Incorrect items sent, hard to get reply from the business

Ordered two cool mats because of lovely big size described on the website. Order was slow to arrive but I wasn't too concerned about that but when it arrived they were not the advertised size or the colour I had ordered. I wasn't worried about the colour but the wrong size was an issue as I have a very big dog. I sent an email to query it, no reply, sent a further one asking if I could return them and if they had the advertised size but I just got an email saying to return them and giving part of an address but no company name details etc. I wrote a further email asking if they had the correct size for replacements and also whether they would refund return postage too as the parcel is heavy and the items were misdescribed but I didn't get a reply. I don't want to return parcel to wrong place and the company name on original parcel label as the sender is not Paws and Presto, it's Bennet Coco Limited so don't know if that's the right return name or not ??, no address details on the website, no phone number, tried ringing number on parcel label but no answer so left a message but no response yet. It's such a shame it's so hard to get a response from this business as I'm left not knowing what to try next??, I need to know correct company name and full address for return and would also like confirmation that I will get a full refund including cost of return (which isn't cheap due to weight) because order is wrong due to items being misdescribed so it is not my fault that I am having to return them. Hopefully someone from the business will see this and reply?

Hi Samantha, thanks so much for your valuable feedback. Over the past 13-weeks I have attempted to complete all the picking and packing myself as our long term partner unfortunately had to increase their prices due to inflation. As a first time business owner, I didn't realise what this entailed and over the course of the past 13-weeks, the workload was too much for one person to handle. It breaks my heart when dogs don't get the best possible service from us because it's not how we want to work. I have now taken the sensible decision to partner with a new fulfilment partner (starting this week) to begin shipping our products on our behalf.
To say sorry, Digby would like to send your dog an apology gift because he believes this isn't a true reflection of his amazing business. UPDATE - now been in contact and all refunded.

Placed an order for cooling mats for our dogs to get them through the heatwave. Nothing received, no order update and no response to emails.

Waiting for cool mat to be dispatched....

Waiting for a cool mat but no update at all since the initial order email. Based on previous reviews we are worried that it will not be dispatched in a timely manner so will need to cancel order if no update from the company. Very disappointing.

Update: Thanks for the response. I have requested a refund for this order twice now by email with no reply so please can you action that refund and let me know when it has been done. I wish you all the best in sorting out the admin side of your business.

Thanks so much for your valuable feedback. Based upon this feedback we are in the process (this week) of moving our amazing products to a fulfilment provider to manage the dispatching of orders. As a first time business owner, I didn't fully understand the workload I was going to encounter trying to ship all the orders myself. This will stop any delays and allow us to ship to dogs as fast as possible.
