Communication & return/ exchange process

At this stage I can comment on a great communication from the staff and smooth cat’s harness exchange process.
I am awaiting for a right size (my mistake for ordering a wrong size)and will share another review soon!

Found out I had ordered the wrong size

Found out I had ordered the wrong size. Emailed customer support and they immediately took care of it and only charged me shipping. The quality is obvious when compared to the counterfeit one I mistakenly ordered previously.

Great Cat Harness

I saw an ad on Instagram and was a little worried the quality would be off. But the quality is amazing, and the fit is great. It seems to stay on well, too. I highly recommend.

I needed to exchange a harness and…

I needed to exchange a harness and Emily at customer service responded to my email within 24 hours - and made exchanging easy. The harness is great quality, the price reasonable, contacting customer service was easy and speedy, and it was a pleasure doing business with these guys. Order from them - you won't be disappointed.

Great customer service

Great customer service. My cats love their new vests and are going outside for the first time! The vests are good quality and very easy to use on a wiggly kitty.

This company is absolutely fantastic!

This company is absolutely fantastic. I ordered some harnesses for my cat and there was a small issue with the order. Pawras went above and beyond to amend the mistake. It is easily the best customer service i've ever received and the quality of the harness is top shelf. I highly recommend this company.

Emily, at customer service is professional, courteous and caring.

I had just purchased a second vest for our other cat, DC, who never wore a leash before because she was an outdoor type. But due to surgery (leg amputation) the only way to get her back outside safely was with the Pawras Harness. When ordering I hastily ordered wrong size but after one chat with, Emily at customer service everything was worked out and "DC" is getting around outside again because of her understanding and concern. Five stars for Pawras and "TEN Stars" for Emily.

Such a wonderful company!

Such a wonderful company! Very responsive and easy to work with. Our cat is an Abyssinian and his frame is more delicate than other cats. I ordered a harness that should have fit according to the sizing chart. The harness was too big. NO PROBLEM for Pawras! The exchange process was amazing and they responded in just a couple of hours of me reaching out. Just another reason why we prefer to engage with small businesses and not the big box stores.

What a wonderful company

What a wonderful company! Super Customer Service. Fast shipping on their products. I wanted a harness for my cat, that would be easy on easy off, not all local pet supply stores carried them. I never heard of PAWRAS. There were similar ads to other places that often wind up coming from overseas and can take for ever . So grateful that Pawras is in the United States. Thank you!
