Well I wish I’d read the reviews before accepting a refund if half the price of the harness.
I also wish I could give a minus. It’s hard, peculiar shape, Nothing like the description. The very fact it’s made in CHINA which there was no mention of in advert, leaves a bad taste. No wonder you don’t volunteer to give your address out for return.

This company is a joke . Do not purchase . I ordered two dog harnesses that are useless. They are very hard will not bent into shape and I certainly would not put on my dogs as they would cause distress.
They take your order then your money and then they place an order in China. I waited 30 days for delivery which came in a cheap plastic bag.
They have a 30 day money back guarantee clearly stated on their web site but when I demanded a refund and a return they gave me an address in China to return!!

Do not buy from this company the harness I bought which looks like a well known brand was to bulky and wasn’t a good fit my dog didn’t like it on so I emailed that I would like a refund bearing in mind they offer a 30 day risk free refund - I had to wait 2 weeks before I got the harness found out since that they come and are sent from China in tatty old piece of plastic bound with lots tape - only had it for 3 days - delaying tactics were can you send some photos and had I ordered the right size could I send the measurements of my dog the next was that it was bespoke because her name was on the side which was only on Velcro told Cara Schott there was nothing bespoke about it - she said not being a good fit wasn’t a refundable reason REALLY!she is a con artist I told her it is normally a very good reason she offered me £6 and was that ok I did get £8 eventually and still have the harness which is useless.

How I wish I had checked my trusted Trustpilot site before ordering a personalised harness. As others have stated posing as a UK company but is actually in China...took almost 3 weeks to arrive and clearly an attempt at a copy of another well known brand but fit and quality appalling. Not fit for purpose. Feel cheated out of my money and doubt I will get a refund. Beware

Ordered dog harness, received 14 days later, use was minimal as mainly walk in an enclosed area off lead, clip broke after 34 days, asked for refund refused, could have replacement but had to pay postage. The product is not fit for purpose, so refused to waste anymore money. AVOID

Our first bed took over 2 weeks to arrive and was damaged, but I contacted customer service who sent me an upgraded replacement. I am not sure how long it will last or how well it will wash as the material feels a bit flimsy but I got good customer service, unlike many other reviewers.

If I could give no stars I would. Avoid this company. As others have said, it is based in China, despite fraudulently displaying an address in the U.K. The dog bed I ordered is flat, doesn’t have enough padding and is certainly NOT worth £39.99. After a marathon session of emails, I STILL have not received a refund, various insulting offers of £10-£25, but no full refund. I am now being told to return it to China. I will be taking this further and making sure I DO receive a full refund. As Martin Lewis says, SAD FART….

BRUTAL customer service!! They advertise like they're based in the UK but product comes from china and based on the emails I got at 1-3am.. the staff are based there too. Don't give you the personalised product you request after waiting 15 days for a 5-12 day delivery - then "Cara Schott" will email you at 3am saying it's "your problem for this matter". Honestly.. don't bother with these chumps.

I would like to give no stars....terrible company and terrible experience, wasted £27.99 on a calming dog bed for my 16 yr old Border Terrier-thought I was buying the best for him but it turned out to be thin and 'strandy', random stitching, just cheap rubbish from China, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they offered me £8 and said 'open it you will like it' what is that supposed to mean? I only read the reviews on the Pawhot site what a mistake that was. They pretend to be in the UK but the label was clearly sent from China. WISH I COULD POST PICTURES.

Requested a personalised harness, poor quality & not personalised which I know it was on order but told it wasn't and I had made mistake. Tried to return but in China so will have to take the loss. Wish I had read these reviews instead of wasting my money.

Do not buy from these people. Although they pretend to be a UK company you have to send returns back to China for a refund. They don’t say this on their website so are in breach of the Consumer Credit Regulations. Also, they will only accept returns for a ‘good’ reason though the online selling law says you have a right to return products without a reason. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and to Paypal.

If I could give them “minus stars” I would. I bought the XL dog harness. It was nothing like the photo and was really small. I wanted a refund, but was offered a bigger harness at half price!!! When I said no, they said I’d have to send back to China at my expense for a refund. They mislead you into thinking they are a UK company when you buy from them.
I doubt I’d see any refund if I send the harness back. I’ll be complaining to trading standards as another reviewer suggested.

I wish I had read these reviews the dog bed is thin and nothing cosy about it my dog would not go anywhere near it. The 30day money back guarantee is a fraud as you are expected to pay for the bed to be shipped back to China even though there is a UK address which you cannot use as a return Address. I bounced back many emails to the company to get a full refund getting being fobbed off with offers of £20/25 and I can keep the bed. Sadly no full refund. I have reported this company to trading standard UK. I am writing this as I don’t want you to get cheated like me and many others. DONT buy from this company you will be disappointed ☹️

Beware - items can't be returned if they are not right without losing a lot of money as they come from China and have to be returned there. This is deceptive as the company gives a UK address in Finchley. This address is under their returns policy guidelines but doesn't seem to exist.

If I could score a zero I would. I ordered the calming dog bed on the 3rd December and as of today the 28th it still has not arrived. This company is supposedly based in finchley however for some reason the bed is being shipped from China and had I known this I would not have purchased it as I have had my fingers burnt with sub standard goods from china. I have tracked it and since the 15th December it is showing it is in Shanghai. On contacting the company I am being given excuse after excuse and emails asking me to wait another week because they cantvrecall the parcel as it is in transit. I am convinced this is a scam company and will be taking it further. I would however discourage anyone from purchasing from this company.the bed was £49.99 and if I am prepared to wait yet another week they have offered me an £8 refund!! I am not prepared to wait any longer,for this item and would urge anyone not to order goods from this company. It is disgusting service.

This company is fraudulent. Do not buy under any circumstances. I have written my purchase off and l will be contacting my bank to cancel my debit card so it cannot be used fraudulently by this shady back street company which is based in China and which is probably one of the shadiest companies l have ever bought from. Don't be fooled by their website which makes you believe the company is based in the United Kingdom.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from PawHot. Fast, free delivery is not fast - items shipped from China. My item arrived after the 5-10 day delivery, so tried to cancel the order, but they wouldn't as in their terms they mention unexpected delays. I asked for the return address, in order to get a full refund and it is in China. There is no UK return address. Finally, after numerous emails I agreed to a 50% refund. Would never buy from them again. Gave the bed to charity.

This is nota legitimate company.it is not based inthe uk and the address doesnt exist.it is shipped from china. It says you can cancel within12 hours but this is incorrect. I asked to cancel immediately and they refused.states they are the only UK company to make these beds
