Everything was excellent. Fast response time and great prices. I had to get the rabies titer test sorted and they did everything for me. Since one of my cats is a bit aggressive we opted for having their blood drawn at a local vet. They sorted a taxi for me and my guys, and Emelie was waiting there already when we arrived. She handled all the communication and the process was so smooth and fast. The taxi was already waiting for us by the time we were done. We chose to do the test faster, expedited and we had it sooner than I expected, actually. Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you guys so much for everything 🙏

Mike and the PawHouse team were amazing with my VERY senior pup. When our relocation plans became insecure, he switched gears at the last minute and managed our dog's move to a different continent. They handled all the logistics, and made it super easy for me. We were told the whole plan, with timelines, tasks for us, and everything PawHouse would do.
When travel day came, Mike made sure our dog was comfortable and that we were kept in the loop every step of the way. He landed in the US, cleared customs and CDC, and was driven across 7 states happy and healthy. So worth the peace of mind to have PawHouse do it all!

Our experience with **Paw House** was absolutely exceptional. Our dog was stuck in Thailand because of an expired vaccination, and after calling several companies with no luck, **Mike from Paw House** got back to us right away. He was incredibly kind, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process.

Within a day, Mike arranged for our pup to be picked up and brought safely to their facility. Due to all the bureaucratic red tape — from the CDC, airlines, and even the export department in Thailand — our dog had to stay with them for two months. It was a very stressful and emotional time for us, but Mike and his team went above and beyond. They cared for our dog like their own and sent us pictures twice a day, which truly gave us peace of mind.

When it was finally time to bring our pup home, yet another airline issue came up. Once again, Mike stepped in immediately, helped us extend our dog’s stay another week, handled all the paperwork, and made sure everything went smoothly.

We gave Mike and the Paw House team a challenge that no other relocation company was willing to take on. I mean literally nobody apart from Mike and his amazing team (every other company either ghosted us or told us it was impossible !) . We had a complicated move to try to get ourselves and our very loved dog (Jordan) from Thailand - all the way to the Bahamas.
Mike, despite the challenges really pushed through and found a solution and he was with us every step of the way. There were hiccups and he figured everything out in the end and now Jordan is safe and happy in our new home in the Bahamas. Paw House took great care of my dog Milo during a stay for long-term boarding. He had great fun with his friends at Paw House and was lovingly cared for by staff. Paw House also helped relocate Milo internationally from Bangkok. Staff took care of all the logistics and forms and accompanied Milo on an international flight while continually staying in touch. The great communication, careful care, and attention to detail gave me great peace of mind and also gave Milo a happy and minimal stress experience.

I know I'd not have managed without the unrivaled care, due diligence and professionalism that Paw House provided me when I had to move my beautiful 10 year old Shiba from Bangkok back to London. Mike and his team had every base covered from start to finish when I had to abruptly relocate.

My dog was already a resident and regular fixture at the Paw House dog facility for daycare and the occasional stay over at their hotel, so knowing just how much love is shown to all the dog they take care of meant it was a no brainer for me to enlist their services!

The options provided to me were straightforward for me to be able to decide how I'd get my girl back to London. Luckily for me, a wonderful volunteer was available when it was Artemis' time to fly and she was transported as excess baggage. The communication was 5 stars from start to finish with plenty of photos, videos and enjoyment along the way. She was given first class love and care to the airport, at the airport and of course when she landed.

From the very first message to the moment Piglet landed in New York, Paw House Relocations made what could have been a nerve-wracking process into something completely stress-free.

I had been dreading the thought of such a long journey for her from Bangkok to New York, but Mike and his team reassured me at every stage.
