Pavilion motors is probably one of the best and biggest dealerships I’ve been to the service was amazing since I didn’t have my morning coffee last thing I expected was Bruce to offer and make me one he makes it better than me unfortunately the car wasn’t for me but the service and hospitality was on 10/10 would recommend to everyone and my mother is going to buy a car from them this week

Where do I start, last year I bought a car from these people and within a few days the car was rolling back on hills and struggling to start so they took the car back for weeks on end trying to fix it and when they realised they couldn't fix it they vandalised it themselves by causing a very big dent/scratch. Then they realised that as I was sending the car back to them I did a video walk around of the car and it wasn't scratched/dented at all. It took them another month+ to give me back a refund with me loosing out on atleast 2700 pound expenses and they also took the logbook back. The car for some reason is still in my name and im still getting fines left right and centre so now I'm going to have to take them to court as they are very rude and disrespectful they won't give me any information that is needed every time I get a fine through the door and they basically stole the log book from me knowing they weren't going to transfer the details. It doesn't matter how many times I write emails and letters everytime this car is somewhere it shouldn't be I'm the one with the fine. I'm going to have to sue them for what they owed me originally and for all the fines I've had to pay since then

But as for the cars it was like a massive scrap yard, it’s no way what it’s like on the pictures😂
They didn’t have a clue about each car; was searching all the questions we asked.
Would recommended looking elsewhere, we travelled over 2 hours to see a car that wouldn’t unlock or start.
We found another garage around 15 minutes away & found our dream car!

I stopped by Pavilion Motors while searching for a van, and even though I didn’t end up buying, I was really impressed with the experience. The team was super helpful, offering genuine advice without any pressure to make a purchase.

They took the time to answer all my questions and gave me some great pointers on what to look for, which made a huge difference in my search.

Agreed a price for a car and collection for Saturday. This was all done via email after driving over from.north Yorkshire the previous week for a test drive. Upon agreement I asked if there was anything they required from me (expecting them to ask for a deposit). They went radio silent at this point, which should have been the first red flag

Showed up as discussed and car was not prepped. This is where things went from bad to worse. The manager informed me that they had since done work to the car and could not longer sell the car to me for the agreed price I had in writing and that this was my fault for not putting down a deposit (this just happened to be after he advised that there was someone else coming to view it tomorrow... Of course)

Weighing up my options I decided to walk away from a deal with a company who can't/won't keep their word, as you start to suspect that the work that's been done on their vehicles will be as good as their word.

The one positive point from the day was that I went on to find another car, same spec, less milage, better condition and less in price later that day, which I purchased on the spot

Poor service, and after sales is beyond shocking. After having to pay a set amount cash (totally legit and not a VAT scam AT ALL) they then upsold their warranty, but instead of putting through the agreed value, they took a grand off (I have the paperwork received in the office, and the paperwork received from the warranty company with the lower amount). Contacted them and they weren't interested, so when the car needs 2k+ worth of work done 5mths after purchase, you're basically screwed. Trading standards would have a field day with these guys.

The car lost all its power on a busy duel carriage way with 2 autistic 5 year old children in the back at rush hour. The garage was contacted as soon as it was safe to do so, they then claimed know knowledge of the car until informed we had invoices and proof of bank transfer we then limped the car back to there ‘ show room ‘ and were told there was nothing they would be able to do, customer service absolutely disgusting and pretty much said the car was our problem now they also insisted my partner drew the admin fee out in cash and pressured her to let them drive her to the cash machine after she’d asked for a bank transfer as with the car sale biggest set of con artists about if you want a shed on wheels feel free to use them if you know a good scrap yard to take your car on it’s journey 😂 never again

Do Not Buy The Grand Jeep Cherokee SN63 FMO.
Delivered this vehicle to us on a Sunday afternoon. Costing £500 delivery that had to be paid in cash.

When it arrived there were signs of rust on the bonnet, masking tape on the alloys that had been rattle canned in black over the rust, rear fog light was hanging out, reversing camera wasn't working, radar system not working and broken trims in on the doors.

We agreed that a local company could look into these items at their expense. What we didnt realise is that we had just purchased a death trap.

The Jeep wen into the garage near us that we have used for years. We had to leave the vehicle with them as it required the following items (Not picked up on the MOT)
* Both Rear Subframe bushes need replacing
* NSR & OSR Tyres have perished
* Both Front Tyres have worn low on the edges
* Underside corroded BADLY !!
* OSF Drop Link needs replacing
* NSF CV boot leaking
* Both Lower Arm need replacing plus Bushes Perished
* NSF Drive Shaft

Oh and if you add the radar, rear camera and the calibration the quote came in a a Whopping £7888.29

They wanted the vehicle straight back obviously. Not to fix but to resell!! just not to me.

When questioned the blame was pushed over to the MOT centre. They admitted that they do not have the vehicles checked prior to your testdrive. Most vehicles are purchased at auction.

No compensation for the inconvenience. No other option to send it back.

Easy to navigate to not easy to find , Signs not very obvious. Chaotic office however it was very busy. Tended to try to deal with everyone at once . Happy with car purchased.

Difficult premise to locate. Poor signage. Lot of waiting about, sales person flitting from one customer to another. Badgered by other people for warranties and inappropriate chat.
Car OK, it does what it says on the tin.
Just customer service not very good.

Was searching for a reliable, reasonable car for weeks when i came across Pavilion Motor Cars. Highly professional team of people that know their cars well, and handle their customers with care and courtesy. Wide selection of cars, with an inhouse detail shop. The best place to buy a car without a doubt.

Their FRESH MOT is a scam. I took my car straight to Halfords after buying it. They were even shocked to see how this car passed MOT. Brakes were worn and tyres too. They even put wrong parts to fix the cars temporary. Spent nearly a grand in first week.
Avoid at all costs.
They are doing MOTs and repairs in house or their partnered garage next to them.
