Avoid at all cost!!. I am from Scotland and seen a car i liked, enquired about the car, seen the countless videos and pictures of the car and it looked good. Got told the car was in very good condition. Spur of the moment i decided to get the car, opted for delivery at £650 up front.

Got told it would be a few days as the car was going for an mot. One day later, I received a call from the "delivery company " saying the car was just away to leave and will be delivered that day, unfortunately I was working so arranged for a family member to receive the car.

When i got home, the car had been deliver but the car had been driven up the road 300+ miles. Left on the drive with 0 miles left in it, the drivers rubbish and the car was covered in dirt and oil. ( brand new Empty oil tub found in the boot and according to them its standard for them to add 1l of oil for delivery, even though i was expecting it to be delivered on a lorry). The " delivery company " was actually just an employee from the office of this dealership. Now for the car, missing spare wheel, missing parasol shelf. Body work missing paint and excessive chips, dents and scratches, paint flaking off around the head lights, passenger seat belt does not work, electrical faults flashing up on the computer and finally no paperwork or v5 or new keeper slip.

They asked for my bank details so they could tax the car as they had lost the v5 and had applied for a new one.

On contacting them, I was met with lies and no interest in help. I got offered £150 refund.

To this date they have still not rectified or acknowledged any of the issues and I have still not received a new v5 and was fed with more lies.

I have since then just had to accept this £17000 car is now going to cost me over £4000 to fix and i have put it down and a very hard lesson learnt

Please do not buy from these people ever! Horrible creatures!

Brilliant, I can’t recommend them enough they looked after me from start to finish and made the whole process of buying a car straight forward and easy, they put a fresh MOT on the car and found a few issues and paid for it out of there own pocket to make the car road worthy ready for collection they went above and beyond for me and I can’t speak more highly of them

Possibly the poorest customer service I've ever had, 7 Miles's of range on a test drive unacceptable, very little help, 240 Mike drive home at night with 79 miles of range... did nothing to rectify the small cat issues, be careful, they seem friendly, but all a bit too much trouble 4 them......

Couldn’t recommend enough. Friendly staff, helpful, gave great price for part ex and deal on vehicle I wanted. Omar gave me a great deal and very helpful.

I honestly can’t believe this is how Pavilion Motors Company treats customers. I called ahead before travelling all the way from Leeds to Oldham to see a car I was told was available. When I arrived, not only was the car not there, the staff didn’t even acknowledge me properly, rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested.

One of the salesmen just pointed me to the back of the dealership on my own, without any help or explanation, to look at “other cars.” The back lot was a mess, around 100 cars crammed together, not labelled, not prepped, not in any order. It felt like a scrapyard, not a professional dealership.

The office itself looked and felt like something out of a mafia film, intimidating, unwelcoming, and completely unprofessional. When I raised my concerns, the staff got defensive and aggressive, like they wanted to argue or even fight.

The whole experience bugged me so much that I had to leave this review. Avoid this place at all costs. I don’t understand how they have any good reviews, maybe fake ones, who knows. But based on what I experienced, this place needs to be shut down.
