1st mother's ring lasted 5 month, then a gem popped out on a door handle. They replaced it (it did not look the same). The 2nd ring lasted 8 months before a gem popped out on anther door handle. I contacted them roughly 3 months ago regarding this and have been ghosted by Paula Max. I do not recommend their jewelry, especially if you can not even open a door while wearing their rings. I wanted to upload a picture but I am not given an option to do so.

Website was easy to use and the jewelry was great

I got my ring and I was so happy to see it. I noticed that the color was wrong on the one stone. I tried to see what we can do to get it fixed but no answer yet.

The design of the ring is great. The quality and look not so much. Looks like a cheap ring ordered from Temu or Shein. The names I had engraved are crooked and one almost runs off of the ring. This was for my daughters Christmas, very disappointed. I actually could have purchased the same ring cheaper online through another store, but I went with the more expensive one, thinking the quality would be better. The stones really look cheap as well. Almost like they used too much color or too dark of a color for the stones.

I have sent 3 texts and 3 emails but cannot get any response. Customer service seems to be non-existent.

The ring was gorgeous, but couldn’t hardly see the engraving at all. Was dissatisfied with the engraving. Didn’t look at all like the engraving in your picture. The ring itself I think my daughter will love.

Gift was for my granddaughter that I hadn’t seen since she had my great grandsons and she loved it. She even cried. I’m so blessed to have such a great family that I can buy stuff like this for. Thank you for making her day.

Time efficiency and costumer quality

Just happy my ring was the real thing. Many businesses now a day deceive and manipulate. I ordered from another store and was tricked by telling me the silver was solid sterling silver and turned out to be plated. And I was charged an outrageous price.

The necklace is beautiful. Exactly what I expected and arrived in time.

The birth stone for January is the wrong color. I reached out through Facebook and email have yet to hear back!!!
