And I was so fortunate to have Kristen as my customer service rep. Any uncertainty I was confronted with quickly disappeared with her extensive knowledge of precious metal investment. Jimmy was courteous and punctual. We had time difference, East Coast vs West Coast. He worked to accommodate my needs and explained the process in detail. He sent over the appropriate paperwork and explained the process thoroughly. I received the product I ordered in 3 days, about two weeks earlier than expected.
